If it were possible to give 0 stars, then it would be just such a rating. I adore "Mom at home" and have visited them for pancakes many times, I have always advised everyone, but for the second time in a row, only negative impressions remain and it is at this point. Initially, the impression was spoiled by the most repulsive mood of the girl who worked at the checkout, as if she was extremely unhappy with her work and dreamed of how to go home as soon as possible. But that's not what we came for, so we quickly let go of that moment and looked forward to ordering. But then we took it away, where one of the positions was a double pancake with ham and cheese. Firstly, the pancake was very dry, and secondly, it was slightly warm, the first time I saw it when the cheese was not even thawed (I attach the photo). I'm not talking about ham at all, I even got some kind of cartilage. It makes the dish very cheap and worsens the taste when the ham is ground into fine dust and it just looks like it's been chewed, which was also very surprising to see in a pancake house that has been operating for so many years. Well, I was also surprised that we weren't even offered to add any of the sauces (previously, we either always asked, or it went right away, because I ate the blast furnace without it). I am very sorry that the opinion about this place has changed so much, because it used to be one of the most beloved pancake places.

We ordered a cutlet with mashed potatoes and cranberry compote for the child. I must say right away that the child ate a little potatoes and refused most of them and cutlets, so we had to test them ourselves.
First, expectation and reality diverge. The dish on the restaurant's advertising banner: smooth mashed potatoes, an appetizing cutlet. Dish on a plate: mashed potatoes are all in lumps, crumble on a fork, the cutlet is visually smaller in size. Obviously, they didn't spare the butter or milk, but also the water for the potatoes. I think there is very little meat in the cutlet. Morse wasn't impressed either. It was frankly tasteless, the dish went into the trash. If such a mother had been at home with me, I would not have lived to see these days, I would have starved to death. The total receipt was 17.80 BYN. At least, I do not recommend this dish. We won't take any more food here ourselves.

The food is delicious like everywhere else, homely for this plus. However, the staff at this point is kind of angry, dissatisfied and unfriendly. Recently I took an order for takeaway, the pager worked, I come up there is a tray with a bag with my order on it and a disposable fork and spoon and two paper napkins, I think well, apparently mine, I take two napkins, and then it starts)) They say these are wonderful napkins, why did you take them!! Yours are in the bag, we have already put everything together for you. Because of the two paper napkins, it's ridiculous. I replied that I didn't know what was already inside, they looked at me like I almost took the cash register with the money)))
