If it were possible to give 0 stars, then it would be just such a rating. I adore "Mom at home" and have visited them for pancakes many times, I have always advised everyone, but for the second time in a row, only negative impressions remain and it is at this point. Initially, the impression was spoiled by the most repulsive mood of the girl who worked at the checkout, as if she was extremely unhappy with her work and dreamed of how to go home as soon as possible. But that's not what we came for, so we quickly let go of that moment and looked forward to ordering. But then we took it away, where one of the positions was a double pancake with ham and cheese. Firstly, the pancake was very dry, and secondly, it was slightly warm, the first time I saw it when the cheese was not even thawed (I attach the photo). I'm not talking about ham at all, I even got some kind of cartilage. It makes the dish very cheap and worsens the taste when the ham is ground into fine dust and it just looks like it's been chewed, which was also very surprising to see in a pancake house that has been operating for so many years. Well, I was also surprised that we weren't even offered to add any of the sauces (previously, we either always asked, or it went right away, because I ate the blast furnace without it). I am very sorry that the opinion about this place has changed so much, because it used to be one of the most beloved pancake places.

We ordered a cutlet with mashed potatoes and cranberry compote for the child. I must say right away that the child ate a little potatoes and refused most of them and cutlets, so we had to test them ourselves.
First, expectation and reality diverge. The dish on the restaurant's advertising banner: smooth mashed potatoes, an appetizing cutlet. Dish on a plate: mashed potatoes are all in lumps, crumble on a fork, the cutlet is visually smaller in size. Obviously, they didn't spare the butter or milk, but also the water for the potatoes. I think there is very little meat in the cutlet. Morse wasn't impressed either. It was frankly tasteless, the dish went into the trash. If such a mother had been at home with me, I would not have lived to see these days, I would have starved to death. The total receipt was 17.80 BYN. At least, I do not recommend this dish. We won't take any more food here ourselves.

The food is delicious like everywhere else, homely for this plus. However, the staff at this point is kind of angry, dissatisfied and unfriendly. Recently I took an order for takeaway, the pager worked, I come up there is a tray with a bag with my order on it and a disposable fork and spoon and two paper napkins, I think well, apparently mine, I take two napkins, and then it starts)) They say these are wonderful napkins, why did you take them!! Yours are in the bag, we have already put everything together for you. Because of the two paper napkins, it's ridiculous. I replied that I didn't know what was already inside, they looked at me like I almost took the cash register with the money)))

More dishes are actually delicious. I almost always take the same thing: a pancake or draniki + soup. Pancakes are always fresh and delicious. I don't really understand sweet pancakes, because the filling is in chunks.. The soups have gone very bad. Previously, there was always a lot of thick stuff, now it's just a mess... I agree with the dissatisfied staff! Be more cheerful :)))

I seriously do not understand the reason for such strange reviews - we have repeatedly visited the Dana Mall, recently we came here, but to the Palazzo. A diverse range of dishes, friendly staff - you can arrange to remove / add the necessary ingredient. In most cases, we stopped our choice on pancakes and pancakes with stuffing, so far we are satisfied with everything)

There are no advantages.
Food for a solid 1 point. It's not even food, but a greasy, tasteless, unfrozen ration. Why is it unfrozen, you ask? But because if you defrost ready-made pasta in the microwave, they are fried into one solid lump, which happened. Pasta sauce is flour mixed with water or 1.5% milk.
Chicken cutlet is a separate story. You can take two chicken cutlets from here and use them instead of burger rolls - there will be no difference, because it is solid bread. Moreover, it is so oiled that it flows stupidly from it, two spoons of oil remain on the plate.
Mashed potatoes are edible wherever you go, but in canteens it is better and cheaper every 5 times.
The conclusion is that it is better not to have lunch than to have lunch here.

I visit this institution for the first and last time. I ordered mashed potatoes with supposedly Chicken cutlet and cucumbers. And I paid 12 rubles for this splendor . Although in appearance this dish barely reached 5 rubles. They say a minced chicken cutlet. There was no smell of chicken there..And the number of cucumbers in general amused - 4 thin circles💪
My advice: do not visit this institution.

On 30.01.2024, we decided to visit this institution with a young man. They came with a smile and left without. The girl at the checkout greeted us disgustingly, with a displeased face.
We made an order and waited 10 minutes.
When the young man went to get the order, he saw that instead of macaroni and cheese, they put mashed potatoes on us. We didn't say a word about mashed potatoes when ordering. When we said that we had not ordered it, the cashier replied very rudely, "SO YOU HAVE MASHED POTATOES IN YOUR RECEIPT, SO YOU ORDERED IT!". After that, she called the administrator, who, instead of apologizing and bringing what WE ordered, also rudely said that there was mashed potatoes in the COMPUTER and in the RECEIPT.So it's us who are so stupid and inattentive, we ordered something that we basically never eat. In the end, the pasta was brought to us, also with a dissatisfied face, without apologizing. For food 5, for service 2. The sediment is terrible.We won't come anymore because of the staff.

The administrator is absolute zero, she tried to prove that they only have Sour Cream 25% and it cannot mix in the soup, but their Sour Cream tastes like typical mayonnaise

I visited this institution on 09/19/12 at about 2 p.m. I was surprised that at lunchtime there was already a difficulty with the fact that with 100 BYN there was no change at the checkout, and most importantly they did not offer any alternatives, but simply said "we do not have change." Now a question to the representative of this public institution: Is this my problem? Is it okay for you not to serve a customer if, for example, I don't have money on my card? Or is it your employees who should be interested in the client and go and make a change, I don't know in what way in order to save the client?
But the funds on the card were good, they paid for the order, issued a receipt and a device that notifies about the readiness of the order. After 10 minutes, the horn rang about the order's readiness, I went to the checkout to be given the order, to which I heard "it's not ready yet, we're already collecting, wait." When asked why the horn rang, it was said that the equipment somehow synchronized with another customer. Are you guys serious? I haven't heard such nonsense yet, considering that this other customer was on the other side of the hall. Well, okay, I began to wait further. Honestly, my patience could not stand it, I went back to the checkout to clarify the time of order readiness, to which the manager looked at me with surprised eyes and began to ask what I ordered and for what amount. I provided all the information, to which I received the answer "there are problems with your order." That was the last straw of patience. Why do you say that you are already collecting it, when in fact the chefs do not even know about this order? Disgusting attitude and service! I advise you to learn the standards of customer service even in that very teahouse. The staff did not even consider it necessary to apologize for the inconvenience! Don't set foot there anymore

I visited this place in the PALAZZO shopping center. I ordered chicken soup and salad with smoked chicken. As someone has already written: "They cook just to cook." I waited for the order for 20 minutes. It didn't taste good to me. I won't come back here anymore and I won't advise anyone. It tastes much better in an ordinary dining room.
