A wonderful place with a view of the city center. Delicious cuisine, good service. Interesting interior and serving of dishes. We will definitely come back again.

The idea is not bad, BUT the tables are sticky and dirty, everything is already so shabby and worn out... There is no paper or towels in the toilet. The meat medallions are rubber, and the Italian wine is so-so... 🤔 Of the 5 desserts that were on the menu, three were missing, and I didn't ask about the other two desserts anymore... Our company got the impression that this is the place where "Bukharik" gather for the most part. A little more than a month has passed after the visit, but there was no desire to go there again.

My visit to the Mama Juan restaurant was a mixed experience. On the one hand, the interior of the establishment is striking in its beauty, creating an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. The staff was polite and professional, which is good news.
However, despite the first impression, the visit was overshadowed by significant shortcomings. The waiting time for the order was unacceptably long – almost an hour and a half of waiting for salads seems unnecessary even for a high-end restaurant. Unfortunately, the taste of the dishes did not meet expectations. Salads, which were supposed to be an exquisite start to the meal, turned out to be not expressive in taste.
Pricing at Mama Juan also raises questions. For the offered quality and service, the prices seem to be too high, which makes visiting the restaurant a dubious pleasure.
In conclusion, although Mama Juan has potential due to its interior and staff, improvements in service and cooking are needed. I hope that the restaurant management will listen to the reviews and make adjustments so that every guest leaves completely satisfied.

All the food has an overcooked taste, the simplest salads from a couple of ingredients are filled with spices, there is no taste of food, you do not understand what it is made of (the ingredients are not known, everything is overcooked, without the taste of the ingredients themselves), the boneless kortoshka was also spoiled to the point of pain.
For people who enjoy eating, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!

I celebrated my birthday there yesterday (I had never been there before, but I heard a lot of good things), from the very beginning they spoiled my mood by providing a table in the hall, although I booked on the terrace! And they put us in the darkest place, where there was almost no lighting! The receptionist did not offer any alternatives and said that the table on the terrace was reserved, as a result, it was empty all evening🤷♀️
As for the food, everything is very tasty, but the desserts are just about nothing: the choice is simply negligible, and what tastes like did not impress at all.
And the waitress who worked with us was polite and pleasant.
But despite this, it is unlikely that I will ever return. Unpleasant impressions remained!

We visited this institution together with the children. In the hall on the ground floor, we were offered to go up to the 2nd floor, because there is a children's room, there is a children's menu and there is no hookah. We were greeted by a friendly waiter, escorted to a table, we decided to sit on the veranda, it seemed to us that it was more comfortable there. Everything can be rated at 5: both the food and the work of the staff. I give a grade of 2 for the fact that a hookah suddenly appeared in the children's hall, one of the guests decided to raise it. It is very strange that she was not offered to go down to the 1st floor, but brought a hookah to the hall where the children were. I think this is unacceptable.
