I am not a local and without a residence permit, but life forced me to go to a small clinic with a small problem. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, their hands are warm and caring. There were a few moments that confused me, but overall everything went well and smoothly — the lovely lady calmed me down and relieved all pain and anxiety with her calmness. Thanks! I won't come back anymore, because Almaty is too far away for me now.
