terrible service! we came for a birthday, asked for a child's chair, it was not there (it used to be), ordered, brought the dishes, said arrange them yourself, the dishes are dirty, the appliances too, brought the first dish sour! when we have already eaten, the dishes have been removed from us, we ask for new / clean appliances, they begin to argue with us that we have them. they took a cake with them and asked for a cake knife, they said that they would cut it with a table knife that was not there! as a result, they brought it when they asked for it several times. they also asked for cake saucers, ate cake from a plate from under a mug.

The establishment is excellent, the staff is very kind, every guest is welcome. It feels like you're sitting at a party. The food is excellent, fresh, delicious, large portions. The impressions are great!

The scales look like they are made of a sparrow. The size of a quail, but it's expensive, a chicken of this size does not happen. Wings are 5-7 cm maximum, only bones. The dish consists of 60 percent sauce, 45 percent bones, there was practically no meat, I had to gnaw the bones with my hands. Did you order khinkali with the waiter specifying which ones? Classic ones, but in the end we didn't order them. Pancakes have been waiting longer than all the dishes. We ordered two portions of borscht, when serving, the waiter poured it on a wooden tray, but there was no replacement of the tray, so everything is fine. The flies are out! You can hang sticky tapes as a last resort, but no, they are also visitors 👍🏻
