Manas University began its activities in the 1997-1998 academic year after the approval by the authorized bodies of both countries of the Agreement on the Establishment of the Kyrgyz-Turkish University "Manas" in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. A good UNIVERSITY. The languages of instruction at the university are Kyrgyz and Turkish. In addition, English and Russian are taught.
