The hotel is located close to the sea, convenient access through a pine grove, a pebble beach, clear sea with clear water. If you want a sandy beach, then you need to get to the fish factory stop (7 minutes by car), we loved the beach where Gastrobar 151 is located.
The hotel has a caring staff, you can always contact them and they will help you. Well-maintained territory, daily room cleaning.
Very hearty breakfasts, lunch and dinner can be ordered at the hotel, everything is very tasty. There is a summer kitchen.
For those who drive, there is parking.
If we ever return to Abkhazia, we will choose this hotel.

We had a rest in July 2024. A wonderful hotel! Friendly staff! Very clean, stylish, cleaning every day, everything is there for a comfortable and comfortable stay! The hotel, on the whole, is not bad. Breakfasts, in the good sense of the word, are for slaughter))) They feed me heartily! Lunches and dinners are also good! The chefs are wonderful, friendly, take into account all wishes and fulfill them conscientiously, thank you! Tatiana would like to wish to smile more often! Guests need to be prepared for the fact that they will be offered to throw out the garbage in the room themselves)) And don't be scared when the bathroom suddenly starts to stink of sewage to the point of nausea. It's very close to the beach, there are a lot of pines, the water is warm, the air is wonderful. There's really nowhere to go for a walk in the evening.

We stayed at the hotel from June 26 to July 3. A magnificent place, the first line - five minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace. The hotel, rooms, and grounds are clean and tidy. The linen and towels are snow-white, the rooms are cleaned daily. Excellent cuisine, large portions (breakfast was included) set lunch and dinner to order from the menu. All days we ate only at the hotel. The staff is very friendly. Special thanks for the sensitivity and attention of Kristina and Victoria!!! I definitely recommend the hotel!

Very nice place. Everything is clean, neat, pleasant. Very polite and friendly staff. A huge plus of this place, proximity to the beach. Minus the price tag, it's getting more expensive from year to year. The territory is small, but neat. There is a public area with a summer kitchen, which has everything you need (dishes, stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink), tables and benches. There is a mini playground, a tennis table. There is a private cafe. There is a laundry (not expensive) but the powder is regretted, things often come back with stains. And they are not dried, they just bring wet ones from the washing machine. The rooms are standard, bed approximately 140:200, wardrobe, 2 cabinets, table, mini fridge.
When you get all this for 4000 per day in 2021, everything seems perfect and healthy. Well, at current prices (in 2023 they asked for 8000 with breakfast included), it's already hard for such simple amenities.

A magnificent hotel!Excellent cuisine, cook Nikolai is super. CLEANING EVERY DAY, linen change once every three days. The hotel is stylish. The rooms are spacious. Kristina, the hotel manager, is very attentive to vacationers, solves any issue. We recommend this hotel!

A super hotel!
The first line by the sea. There is a Pitsunda relict pine tree along the beach, this is our favorite beach.
The hotel has cozy, clean rooms. Clean bed linen.
There is a cafe on site, they cook very tasty. Breakfast is included in the room rate, which is important on vacation.
Friendly staff.
Well-maintained territory. For guests with children, there is a playground.

We vacationed with a family of three from 06 to 13 September 2024 in this hotel. After reading the positive reviews, we decided to go to this hotel, but the reviews turned out to be deceptive. Firstly, the exit to the sea is through another hotel, and when you go out, it's just on the road where cars are constantly flying without giving way to passers-by. Plus, the whole road is littered with cow cakes. The administrator does not solve the problem at all. We arrived after a night flight with a child. It was raining heavily and there was a thunderstorm. Check-in from two. Our room was vacated at 12:00. The cleaner went to clean any rooms except ours. At our request to remove our room because my child and I were very tired and no one else was checking in, the receptionist replied, I generally can't check you in before two. Then I went to the cleaner, she cleaned the room in ten minutes. The audibility in the rooms is terrible, it feels like the neighbors live not behind a wall, but behind a curtain. We especially do not recommend this hotel to those who really want peace and quiet. Children start running around at six in the morning and it ends only in the evening. Mattresses are too soft to sleep on. A wooden cot, a child could not sleep on such rigidity. Soap and shampoo were given only once upon check-in. The walls in the room are all cracked. The curtains must always be closed, because people walk past the room, and the window block is covered in glass. There is no bucket in the room, it is very small. The hotel has a summer kitchen, which, as they say, can be used at any time, but there are not even mugs to drink tea in this kitchen. You can't take cups in the dining room. I had to buy it at my own expense. The food was not bad, but not cheap. Even the bread is paid. for lunch and dinner, 20 rubles a piece of white. The cooks are not friendly, they always wear dirty clothes. There were a lot of people on the beach. There are no umbrellas, there were not enough paid sun beds. There is one toilet for the entire beach and that is paid. Food prices are generally a cosmos.

For me, there is not enough kettle in the room - well, this is the position of the hotel: do not take food in the rooms, but only in the common kitchen (to avoid ants and other things).and so a very decent hotel , well, the price is not cheap

This year we were a family at this hotel. They changed the manager. And everything has changed. An absolutely soulless team. The male cook has never changed his clothes in 7 days. To put it mildly, it is unpleasant to see a cook in a dirty and untidy uniform. When Tatiana was the manager, everything was different. The soul lived in this institution. We will never go to this hotel again.

We stayed at the hotel from June 18 to 26.
This is the first trip to Abkhazia and I consider the choice of the hotel to be successful.
The sea is 3 minutes away, breakfast is included, the territory is very beautiful and thoughtful.
And of course, the main decoration and advantages of the hotel is its staff!
The administrator Tatiana is just a kind fairy who solves ALL issues!
Elena was pleased with the delicious food, the cleaning service also copes with its duties brilliantly.
Girls, thank you all very much!
Now there are small disadvantages that did not spoil our rest
at all - the rooms really lack lighting above the beds and a trash can in the room
- the rooms themselves already require cosmetic repairs.Cracks in the entire wall do not add comfort.
- it would be nice to put a coffee machine in the dining room so that you can make yourself a normal coffee for breakfast, and not from a jar.
But all these are small things, our vacation was a success!
If we go back, it will definitely not be in June, because there are a lot of small children and it is very noisy when the hotel is fully loaded.

A wonderful place! We had a rest in September 2023 with a small child. I liked everything very much. The breakfast is excellent, for an extra. the cost of lunches and fancy dinners. You can also cook yourself in the summer kitchen. The rooms are cleaned every day! To the sea 3 minutes, the water is clean. There are shops and pharmacies nearby.
I liked the Mandarin Hotel. We hope to return there again!

The hotel is wonderful! The quiet and cozy location of the hotel. The sea is 3 min walk through a boxwood grove. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The rooms and the hotel are perfectly clean. Very tasty breakfasts, lunches and dinners (there is no point in going anywhere else). The hotel staff is friendly, you feel at home. The hotel is located in a picturesque place where peace, quiet and tranquility. The beach is 3-4 minutes away, past a forest belt of boxwood and Pitsunda pine. During the day, you can stay in their shadow. The hotel is perfectly clean, the room is cleaned every day, bed linen and towels are changed after 3 days. The cooking is amazing! We had breakfast included. It turned out to be very satisfying: porridge, appetizer (cheese, sausage or ham, tomatoes, cucumbers, greens), casserole or cheesecakes, or scrambled eggs, or pancakes. I didn't always want to have lunch after it. They often took lunch and ordered dinner. Everything is very tasty! Thank you so much to Kristina, Tatiana, Lena and all the wonderful staff!

We have been resting for 2 years. Only positive emotions.
1. Perfect location.5 minutes to the beach through a beautiful grove. The beach is well-maintained. There are toilets, changing rooms, showers, rental of sun loungers. All kinds of water activities.
2. Well-groomed territory of the hotel. You go out on the balcony and the eye is happy. Closed parking lot outside the hotel.
3. The rooms are spacious. Clean. With good furniture. Important! Good water pressure. A generator in case of a power outage.
4. Food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Lena is an excellent cook. There were 15 of us. Everything was fine with everyone. Breakfasts and lunches are complex, but you can also take individual dishes. Dinner is on the menu, the menu is varied, you will not get bored. We ate only at the hotel. There is also a kitchen, for me to go to the hotel and cook by myself, that's another story. But the opportunity to cut the salad and make coffee was very pleasing.

Our friends were having a rest, we were in another house, we didn't have time to book. But we came to visit, we saw everything, so I decided to leave a review.
Firstly, the responsive and friendly staff. They advised me where to go to the store to buy at an affordable price. They treated us, the friends of the guests, calmly.
Secondly, common areas, in particular the kitchen. Everything is very clean, well organized, convenient. Professional modern equipment (furniture) is not at all on the collective farm, so everything looks nice, clean and really clean.
The breakfasts are hearty, large. You can safely eat an adult. The girl couldn't eat everything,
The hotel itself is very clean and cozy. Fully populated, but there is absolutely no overload, there is no junk, everything is neat. All the staff are in uniform.
Well, the proximity to the beach! The first line. There is also a gate for the entrance to the beach (the beach is fenced with a small fence) the location is super!
I didn't see a single minus from the side.

The hotel is conveniently located, deep from the street. The room is clean, new, and cozy. The split system works for both cooling and heating. Good bathroom, lots of TV channels. The cuisine is excellent, the food is very tasty. The administrator Tatiana will tell you everything, listen to any request, order a taxi if necessary.
Small cons: a very small trash bucket and a very soft mattress.

We had a rest in September 2022. Nice hotel, small rooms, clean. Friendly staff. They cook delicious. One of the disadvantages for us was the lack of a chair/armchair in the room. The lighting in the room was not thought out, I had to get out of bed in order to turn off the light (the switch is located at the entrance to the room). a very soft mattress, as they say, for an amateur. But in general, the impression of the time spent at the hotel is more than pleasant!

The guys work from Belarus, they cook just amazing!I highly recommend dinners!our room was on the 1st floor, it is the "oldest", so the mattress on the bed turned out to be soft for us (we are used to elastic ones)... there are fresher beds on the 2nd and 3rd.
The sea is really very close, the grove is just super!

The location is convenient, the sea is very close through a relict pine grove, but not directly on the road. Well-maintained, tastefully decorated territory. The rooms are not very large, but they are built and equipped very sensibly. Again, the presence of an air conditioner in each room is very useful, as well as an autonomous diesel generator. A good kitchen, + if desired, you can cook on your own.

The guest house itself is normal. The administrator Tatiana is well done. The sea is nearby and clean. But the guest house is located in the village (Ldzaa). So don't be surprised that there are a lot of cows and their shit around. Very often, instead of the smell of the sea and relict pines, you will smell shit.

I would not recommend to be in such a situation, illegally independently as 3 persons write off funds from a personal bank card after some time of staying in a hotel, not immediately, by fraudulently obtaining card data. Then they shy away, come up with things that don't exist, don't get in touch. The result is obvious, fraudulent operations are carried out.
