We have been serviced in the salon for more than a year! Master Inna always had his dog sheared, there were no questions, but unfortunately Inna no longer works at the salon, they recommended another master Natalia! Picking up the dog after the haircut, we were shocked by what we saw. Think many times before contacting this salon, and even more so to the "master" Natalia!
The administrator called back, and there was no way to apologize and resolve the issue or somehow smooth out the situation, she just started referring to the offer agreement, which I had to read before paying for the so-called service.
Never set foot in this beauty salon again

This is not the first time we have visited, this time it is ultrasonic cleaning. Everything was done very carefully, the gums did not bleed and the teeth turned from black into a Hollywood chihuahua grin.😂
It is convenient to arrive by car - nearby Parking + charging stations for electric trains.

Kitty and I really like this pet salon! My British woman can be stroked with pleasure after the procedures, and not be afraid to touch because of the wool. The cat has gone through dandruff! And in general, she calmly tolerates the "Express molt" procedure. Thanks!
