I recently had a massage session with Mikhail, and I want to share my impressions.
From the very beginning, I was pleased with the atmosphere — a cozy interior, soft light, relaxing music. The massage therapist was very professional and attentive. He asked me in detail about my field of work, my preferences and problem areas, which immediately aroused confidence.
The massage itself was great! The master felt perfectly well what kind of pressure needed to be applied.
After the session, I felt full of energy, and the pain in my neck and lower back was gone. It was exactly what I needed after a hard week on my feet.

I really wanted to leave my feedback on Saturday, after visiting the salon, but I didn't have much time on the day of my anniversary celebration. So, on Saturday, at exactly 11 a.m., according to the record, I was introduced to my hair stylist, Vyacheslav. A young guy with a very pretty appearance, little experience yet, very attentive, courteous, tactful, turned out to be a true master of his craft! To admit, upon arrival, I was somewhat in doubt and afraid whether I would leave the salon in a great mood and state of mind after the upcoming procedures, but in the end, that's exactly what happened. The craftsmen worked in four hands, and Natalia's hair and makeup were done simultaneously. A discreet make-up was done quickly and efficiently, which perfectly harmonized with my appearance! Then Vyacheslav did magic with my short hair for some more time. As a result, I can't call it anything but a masterpiece.
Well done, boy! May God grant you a decent choice in your profession and in life!
The salon left a good impression of itself, offering tea and coffee, tact, punctuality, everything you need for a good mood!

I was very surprised by the work of Angelica's cosmetologist, she told me everything clearly about my skin, and they did the carboxytherapy procedure. The face has become fresher and the result is noticeable. I'll come back to this professional again. I also liked that the cosmetologist is with honey. education is a plus.

I visited the Mano beauty salon for the first time. The charming receptionist, Elena, was friendly, very attentive, polite and pleasant. I came for a complex coloring at a special price. Was I afraid to leave like a chicken? Initially, yes!
I was invited to the hall, where I met Master Vyacheslav, a most charming and pleasant young man! After listening to all my wishes, he laid out "on the shelves" what can and cannot be done - accessible, understandable.... And I believed it!!! Vyacheslav did his job very painstakingly!
To say that I was satisfied is an understatement! I sing odes to the Master and Talent!!!
A very beautiful band! Pleasant atmosphere, polite and caring staff. I want to go back.
I rarely write positive reviews (complaints are more common), but this is not about the Mano salon!!!

Eyebrow specialist Lyudmila has chosen the perfect shape and color for eyebrows, lamination of eyelashes is just WOW!!!!!
Cosmetologist Maria cured the skin and made it flawless by a million percent! I've been to all the master hairdressers, the girls are huge smart , they 've done dream coloring and hair spa, the hair is in perfect condition!!!
Massage is just at the level of magic!

I didn't want to write, but when I look in the mirror, my mood disappears. The hairdresser has no experience, as she could not even cope with a simple haircut (trim her hair and cut her bangs) and style. Such a master without experience (if I'm not mistaken, Dasha) should have a haircut price cheaper than in the price list and the client needs to be warned.
All I liked was the nice girl at the reception.

Good afternoon! I usually don't write negative reviews, but here I was "bombed" specifically. It all started with the fact that we were looking for a way out of our difficult situation (there were a lot of tonic stains and discolored regrown hairs). I went to the salon, talked to the administrator - a nice girl. I sent the photo beforehand. And we agreed to consult with the master. They immediately announced to me that the consultation is 15 rubles, but if we decide to do work in the salon, it will be free. We arrived, did a strand test, realized that the color does not go away from the tonic and the master advised us to grow our hair then cut everything off. Well, to be honest, this is a "such" solution, taking into account our length. We have not received any other offers. Let's go to the cashier and they charged us 25p!!! Like, well, you did a test strand, of course I was a little stunned, but I paid and left. Of course, the option to grow our hair and cut it off did not suit us, and we turned to 3 more beauty salons of a higher level. What was my surprise that in none of the places that we visited, despite the consultations and test strands, they did not charge us a penny, moreover, they offered several ways out of this situation.
In general, after visiting this "salon" there was an extremely unpleasant aftertaste.
My question was not resolved , and the amount was withdrawn more than agreed

I was in this salon once for a complex coloring, because both my regular hairdresser and I were both on maternity leave, and the nearest place where you can do this procedure turned out to be the Mano salon. There were no questions for the administrator or the master during work, there were some moments in cleaning the room, but we will omit them. 6 hours is not a record for airtouch, but it is still very tiring. Promises that I won't have to dye my head for 6 months are more like a publicity stunt. My gray roots asked for paint after 2-3 weeks, as you know, you can't take them with tinting. Expectation and reality worked, as with a parcel on Aliexpress, when you really wait, but the wrong coat arrives. But the master tried very hard, that's why 4 🌟, and quite an adequate review.
