Behind the facade of impressiveness and pathos lies the usual disregard for the client.
After looking at the reviews on the Internet, I decided to visit Marakanda, evaluate their business lunch, and judging by it, I already decide whether I want to continue to visit this restaurant periodically. Lunch is from 12:00 to 15:00. I came in, ordered lunch from the waiter at 2:45 p.m. He left. Nothing happened for 10 minutes. At 14:55, the same waiter came up again and asked if I wanted to order something else. I politely replied that I didn't want to, that I was still waiting for my lunch. He's gone. For another 10 minutes, nothing happened again. Then the same waiter comes again, gives the menu and says WITH a MALICIOUS SMILE: "Unfortunately, the business lunch time has ended. What do you want to order from the menu?" I was taken aback by this development. I answered louder that I had ordered lunch 20 minutes ago, that I had been waiting politely all this time, and I was not going to order anything else. The waiter said it was getting late. I told him that he was wrong.
The receptionist noticed this incident and came over. I told her I wanted lunch, and she told me in response that, alas, it ended 10 minutes ago. I told her that I had ordered it 20 minutes ago and had been waiting for it all this time. She replied that the waiters did not bring lunch, and it was necessary to go somewhere on your own. I asked why the waiter didn't tell me about it twice before 15:00, she couldn't answer that anymore. I also never found out what the restaurant charges 10% for when serving a business lunch. To comfort me, the receptionist still offered me lunch, but I was already upset and refused. I decided that because of this attitude towards the visitor, it was impossible to sponsor this institution in any way.

There is probably no place more terrible. We were there for a corporate party on March 9th. We ordered Lamb in the Oriental style, Medallions with fried cheese, Steak, Salmon. They brought everything cold ! they asked to reheat, the dishes were taken away, but they were brought in the same form as the Ice. The salads were more or less, but the pickles were brought with a taste and a smell of Mold! The lights went out twice . karaoke is not set up. The evening was ruined!!!! We will never visit again and I do not advise anyone To Go There!!!!

It was very tasty, especially the pilaf.
The only thing I didn't like was the loud music program. We were on a weekday (Tuesday) at eight in the evening, I just wanted to talk, but it was impossible to get away from the music.
On the first visit (19.10.21), the service suffered: they did not hear, they forgot, they did not pay attention for a long time, they solved internal issues (such as cleaning toilets) with the guests

I was on the 4th floor, the atmosphere in the hall is good, the dance floor is sufficient. There are both standard tables and there are trestles on the side far from the dance floor for a more comfortable stay. There is an elevator, spacious, a smoking room is a weak point, a weak hood.

They didn't even cover the stretch with a film. Although hookahs and electronic cigarettes are smoked in the hall. The waiter was drunk and stupid with orders. And in the end, the orders disappeared altogether, they were repeated 4 times, at the end there was no service, no tea, no cake.... We sat and looked at each other's faces.
