Absolutely not a professional team!!!
The business rests only on the head, who skillfully managed to monopolize the niche and ensure a constant influx of customers.
They do not know how to find an approach or show their at least feigned involvement in the hotel selection process. They are absolutely not flexible in the price offer, and even when you offer a full package of a tour on a platter with really free departure dates and hotels, they still manage to screw up and miss seats.
I am very unhappy !!!!!!!
I advise the owners, if you do not want your employees to turn your successful business into a sharashkin office, transfer your business to an online platform, let the tour agents, and the clients themselves book a full package of services through your website.
