very cozy and pleasant atmosphere, I really liked the chocolate ice cream with latte coffee, very low price and good quality, the staff is kind, polite and professionally communicates with customers, I recommend this place to everyone, I really liked it, I will come back again

05.07.2023 был в ТЦ ГАЛЕРЕЯ(около 18:00) в кафе Marconi, персонал ужасный… 1) светленькая девушка ОЧЕНЬ медленная,»неповоротливая», буду ее так называть;)(в очереди стояло около 5 чел.) 2)спустя 20мин решил выпить еще лимонад,который стоил 6,50,кассир вышел и осталась опять эта неповоротливая, даю ей 10 рублей(сумма вроде не большая😅), на что она мне говорит «нет сдачи,не смогу обслужить» 3)спустя еще мин 5 приходит кассир и без каких либо проблем дает мне сдачу и сама делает лимонад, в котором откуда то появляется мороженное😂 Я подхожу к ней и прошу переделать,тк у меня плавает пломбир) Она стоит в шоке и не понимает откуда он мог там оказаться…Оказывается,что это «неповоротливая» девочка уронила пломбир в их отсек со льдом и даже не убрала… Всегда посещал кафе маркони и всегда было супер обслуживание,быстро и вкусно,Но сегодня я был в шоке…

Очень сильно испортилось эта кофейня Бариста с каменным лицом Брала капучино, молоко настолько перегрето, что стакан в руке трудно держать - рука горит. И естественно кофе отвратительный, горький, ужасно горячий, и нет той сладости в молоке, когда оно правильно взбито Раньше с радостью приходила именно в эту кофейню, больше не приду

Мороженое вкусное. Но почему мороженщица трогает руками ложки!? Сначала этими руками она брала деньги и трогала всё остальное, а потом втыкает ложки в мороженое потрогав их руками!!! И даже не именно ручку ложки, а саму ложку, часть, которую ты берешь в рот! Я в шоке....

Я был во многих кофейнях, но только Marconi, только это кофе заставила меня полюбить кофе. Нежный вкус - если латте, крепкий - если американо, насыщенный- если капучино. Это именно то место которое я рекомендую каждому, кто любит хороший кофе.

Обслуживание ужасное Бариста и кассир прилюдно смеялись с произношения «дайте,пожалуйста,два рафА» На ответный вопрос смешно ли С ухмылкой ответила да Бейджика не было у кассира,к сожалению, не смогу назвать имя. Больше не вернёмся
