Comments are being cleaned! - so there is something to hide! The signal is red! Avoid this "agency". The documents (of a legislative nature, certified by a notary, registered with the BRTI), which were signed by the seller and the buyer, were called "pieces of paper" - quote from Titovets Vladimir. Eye rolling is professionally performed by Titovets Vladimir. 🤦 Cheaters and laymen! Lack of basic communication skills with people!!! Disrespect of the interlocutors – indicates disrespect of oneself. The situation we are facing: The sellers' side was represented by the real estate agency "Marielt", namely the sales manager represented by Titovets Vladimir. Distortion of information, as we conducted a dialogue with sellers through a manager who presented information to sellers as it was convenient for him - and this is still the same Titovets Vladimir! The moment of signing the preliminary agreement and – it turns out that the sale is by proxy. There is nothing in it, but there was not a word about the power of attorney until the moment of signing. Next, the power of attorney contains the passport data of the authorized person, and the ID card is on hand. The identity document is different. The agency staff insisted and replaced the passport data in the preliminary agreement with the ID card data. Neither the manager nor the realtor with a law degree could explain in a reasoned manner, with references to legislative acts, whether the power of attorney is valid /legitimate if the passport has expired/ changed to an ID card. What prevents us from talking about nothing for five minutes: the arguments of the first-graders were voiced: we know, yes, we have 15-20 transactions every day, 200 transactions per month ... just refer to the legislation!!!! And the matter would be closed. The preliminary agreement differed from the actual actions, for example, the deposit was actually stored at the real estate agency and was not transferred to the owner, but the contract stipulates that the deposit is immediately transferred to the seller. All the verbal agreements turned out to be "conventions" - the manager (Vladimir Titovets, who was already loved by everyone) assured us that he would inform us about the date of the deal on Tuesday, as a result: Tuesday – he called, referring to the unavailability of some kind of information, on Wednesday - there was complete silence, on Thursday afternoon due to the lack of any- according to the information, we (the buyers) had a panic, distrust, and we called the manager, came across a rude conversation, the date and time of the transaction were announced reproachfully! We also announced that we would like to see a certificate stating the seller's legal capacity – we were rudely refused, the manager considered the deposit as an argument - it sounded like "you made a deposit that is not refundable" - kindergarten from Titovets Vladimir, and not professionalism. The deal was done, a lot of nerves were spent 🥲 how did we survive

I want to share my bitter experiences and how I came across the worst Real Estate agency, the situation we had was this: we sold our apartment at Golubeva 22k 1 ( the address for whatever they wrote later was invented) buyers came to us, husband and wife, they had an agent, Galina, they liked everything , they began to negotiate when Galina did not meet then she talked on the phone ( : she used to leave her customers and leave , well , it 's none of my business , it all started when the documents were prepared , they asked for certificates from doctors , but there 's no question where we don 't belong , we handed everything over from a narcologist and a psychologist and we 're waiting for day X , but then in the evening the eldest writes to us , they have a new guy there like that the certificate from the narcologist is not suitable , there is no validity period for the certificate , and they say they have run through the database , I should come to the narcologist with my passport , but the certificate is clean and it is written in black and white that it is not registered ! They were told that no one was registered , they demanded that they donate blood for alcohol before the deal , and in such a tone as if I were a drinker ( insulted and humiliated, although I have not been drinking for 8 years ) , I was angry, but I did everything as they demanded . As a result, I packed up again, went to the narcologist and took a large unfolded paper that I was not registered with all the seals and dates and brought it directly to the deal, showed it to Galina and asked her and Novik to apologize, to which she accused that we had forged a certificate and poured mud on me and my Wife. We are not evil people, but by their behavior they could have disrupted the deal, but we feel sorry for the buyers themselves, they were waiting and they themselves were from far away Brest! This is the situation, my impression is that the agent does not care about the buyers and the seller, Galina did not particularly try to help , my agency helped more and my agent while Galina was walking.
