As a minimarket, it was so-so, I considered it more like a store at home, I lived near it. The assortment is small, the products are sometimes old, the service is not very good (of course they are not rude, but the feeling of the watchmen / sellers from the 90s, sometimes they comment on your purchases)
One day I forgot the card at the checkout, returned the next day, I'm sure it was there, because I didn't get it anywhere else. So instead of trials, everyone told me, no, we don't have anything. No, we don't know. Then it turned out that another cashier had the card, after my urgent and confident tone and request to find and call the administrator, because I knew exactly where I had forgotten it, and another visitor might have been confused. I.e., no desire to help the visitor and customer orientation.
