The internship staff is much nicer and more responsive than the core staff.

Today I decided to make purchases with certificates for 150 rubles from my children presented for Mother's Day. We were choosing a product with our son, a sales consultant, instead of coming up and helping to remove the product, which was tangled with other hangers, she rudely shouted that WE were more careful. But the "cherry on the cake" turned out to be the payment at the checkout) There was no label on one of the products, they could not break through it, they had to abandon it... It's a pity we were in a hurry, otherwise the entry in the Complaint Book would have been 100%.
