Teach your employees to say hello, correctly explain to the customer if your employee is busy or does not have time to deal with the customer, teach your employees to respect those people who bring money to your store.

When choosing underwear, I asked if it would "stretch" (as for me, a normal question about the properties of the fabric / composition). The cashier's answer "I do not know how your underpants stretch" is tactless and rude. When buying, I measured it with a centimeter on an elastic band, because this category of goods is non-refundable - the cashier looked tired and did not offer help (and the check was not for two units). "Your surrender" and silence. Apparently, the company does not have service standards and politeness requirements? She came, said hello, measured, said goodbye - as if they had done a favor by selling.

I bought a women's bustier today. My husband paid for it, I noticed the difference in price only at home.
The amount on the product tag is 9.99, in the sales receipt 29.99. The cashier did not even tell her husband that the price did not match the stated one, only mentioned that this product could not be exchanged and returned…
Be vigilant when buying there.
Personally, I will not enter the Markformel anymore.
