It's terrible!!!! The office has let me down a lot personally!!!! I ordered the lamp on April 4, 2025. They said it would be delivered on Saturday, April 12. I call on April 11, and they tell me that the product has not been loaded in Moscow, so there will be no delivery. Can't you call in advance??? I would have sat and waited on Saturday. There is no cohesive team in the work!!!

Moreover, they also did not want to check at the pick-up point, they had to insist. After that, the seller asked the question: ,, So, will you take it?". ??? "So now we will do the cancellation, and in a week we will bring another one here .. . And it's not a fact that it's not defective again. In front of us, the order also turned out to be defective.
And yet, the employee did not point out when accepting the order that there is no network cable with a switch in the kit. That is, turn it on as you want. Disgusting.Rating 1.
