The delivery is very long. They write for 2-3 days, but in fact a week. We wanted to prepay for faster delivery than on other sites, but in fact the same 7 days. Not a pleasant organization.

An extremely unpleasant experience. The story is a week long: We were looking for replacement cartridges for the printer. We called the online store, it turned out: there is no product that we have chosen (for some reason there is one on the site) We asked the operator why the product is available on the website. Answer: "I'm not doing this." We were offered to place an order for a more expensive analogue. The girl did not explain what their differences were. For some reason, the delivery of the goods that are in stock took 3 days to the pick-up point. The order arrived on Thursday. We couldn't pick up the order ourselves - we decided to order delivery. They asked for the next day. The nearest delivery is on Friday. The employee makes a reservation: "If the courier is in your area, if not, then on Monday." We were asked to clarify whether and what we would expect, at what time, and other delivery details. - The operator girl said that she does not do this and the courier himself will call us on the day of delivery half an hour before arrival. Wait for a courier all day at home, postpone all your business and end up not waiting for anyone? Seriously? We decided that it would be more convenient to pick it up yourself at a convenient time. When it was necessary to pay for it, the amount turned out to be different. When asked why this is so, the employee again informs that he is not doing this and tried to play "fool", they say that's what they told you. It turned out that for the product that was ordered, a completely different price is indicated on the site (10p less than the order) - one price is announced, another on the site, and in fact a third. When trying to find out how much the product still costs (the conversation was already with a young man), the employee interrupted, interrupted in mid-sentence, said that he would listen to the dialogue and call back. He hung up the phone. We didn't get a call on Friday. The weekend has passed, we have already bought from another company, cheaper, and everything was delivered to us on the same day. but On Monday, there is a call about an order in MarKit.by . The same young man called, who was reminded that they were waiting for a callback after listening to the dialogues. To this, the young man in a completely different voice, boorishly declares that they listened and it turns out that we, sorry, fools, heard the information incorrectly. The order is no longer relevant, I inform the employee. The young man interrupts me in mid-sentence again, throws a "goodbye" at me and throws the phone down. And now the question: What is this attitude towards customers? If a customer leaves you without an order this time, then at least try to save your face! Maybe this particular client will come back to you after some time. And after SUCH an attitude, there is a huge cross on the company! A huge request to the management (if they read real reviews, of course) - pay attention to the training of your employees. If they do not have information about something, you can always clarify or tell the client the number of another employee who is responsible for this issue. And what does it mean to leave the cabin? I have been working in sales for a long time myself, I am engaged in staff training and I know what I am talking about. Thanks!
