Boorish attitude on the part of the sales consultant. She literally did not give me anything to try on, walked and talked on the phone with a haughty look when she wanted to choose a product for herself, literally kicked me out the door with the words, let's withdraw money from the card faster and pay. The store itself is not bad, beautiful clothes, but such service is very frightening and leaves an unpleasant impression in general.

I will put 5 stars purely to support the owner of this point. He has been keeping the brand for many years now, and... no matter what, he does not close his stores in Vitebsk. To me, no one walks in them, what profit do they make per month?? No way! But...The man is in love with fashion and .. it is clear how he tries to bring it to our people..the gray buyer. And ..That's why he gets 5 stars for such an aspiration! And how he dresses up his shops for the new year!! Handsome!! I wish him further business development and ...Still, more customers!

As soon as we went to the store with a friend, we were immediately told from the doorstep "Do you know the cost of the dress?" which is a priori not a competent attitude to the people who came, that is, to us! On 07/18/2019, we came to return the MATTIOLI bag that we bought on 07/12/2019. We were not refused. But! There was a man in the store who introduced himself as the owner of this store. He refused to give his name. Oh, gods ! He told us everything. And he sent for a herring, and discussed our appearance. He insisted all the time that we go shopping at the Polotsk market. He behaved rudely. When asked to give the complaint book, he did not refuse, but then he began to tear it out and threaten. The man was hysterical and called names. He behaved inappropriately. We were covered in mud from head to toe. If you don't want to be humiliated and insulted, don't go to this store!
