Хороший торговый центр - большая бесплатная парковка, внешне и внутри современный дизайн, внутри имеются диваны для посетителей, горшки с цветами. Имеются супер-маркет Перекресток на 1 этаже, фуд-корты на нескольких этажах, кофе-точки, мини-столовая, детский спортивный городок, парикмахерская, изготовление ключей, спортивный тренажерный зал, магазины одежды. Внутри лифты, эскалаторы. Везде чисто, внутри хорошее освещение. Минусы - отсутствует спокойная фоновая музыка в ТЦ; постоянно меняются магазины и их расположение; увеличивается количество сетевых магазинов (у которых низкое качество, отвратное обслуживание, вся однотипная одежда).
