Both specialists are pleasant, and there are only positive emotions from visiting. The price for a massage is good for cream. And the salon in the historical center is a pleasant place for hitchhiking and snacks.

Just terrible service! Complete lack of customer service.
I'm telling you!
A friend gave my husband and me a certificate on our wedding day. Its validity period is 3 months. 3 weeks before the end of the certificate, we called the salon to make a reservation, but we were told that everything was busy and offered our products or another procedure for this amount; communication with the administrator was very rude). Neither option suited us. We asked to extend the certificate for 1 month, but the salon director refused and offered to refund the money. This very strange decision surprised us. But what can I do....I had to take my friend and we went to write a refund application together. We arrived, wrote, the administrator sent it to the accounting department, where everything was approved. After 10 days, the money was not returned, my friend called the salon. She was accused of not specifying the banking details correctly (she specified everything correctly) and did not leave her contact number (no one asked us about this)
My friend went again to rewrite the application (she was asked to do so)
When she arrived, it turned out that she needed to specify another 100,500 data, which she did not have with her, since she had already given the certificate. Once again, she spent 30 minutes punctuating everything, but the money was never returned. This whole situation might not have happened if the certificate had been extended for a month. Maybe we're wrong about something, but I haven't had this kind of precipitation for a long time. I hope fate will never bring us together with this salon again. 😉

Unfortunately, we couldn't feel the quality of the services, but the service at the salon is disgusting. I wanted to use the certificate I gave, but when I tried to call and make an appointment, there was no response, and it was impossible to select the necessary service on the website on my own - there was no list.
When I asked for an extension of the validity period of the certificate, I received in response "you had three months," the writing style (as well as the girl's answers when I managed to get through after a few days) is outright rude. At the same time, when I initially called another salon in the network, I left an exceptionally positive impression. No matter what unique services the salon offers, I don't recommend it.

I bought a certificate for a relaxing body massage for two. I must say that I really liked the massage itself.
There are big claims to everything else.
I paid for the certificate immediately through cream (68p) + promo code (2.9p).
At the reception, the administrator asks for the certificate number, I show it, and they tell me that I only paid for the promo code, and I will have to pay for the procedure itself with a discount. I had to look for all the payment receipts and prove that I had already paid.
The administrator checked something for a long time, wrote to cream support to find out what was wrong with my certificate number. Of course, the mood for a massage was gone and we just wanted to return the money. We called Cream support to find out how to refund the money for this outrage and they answered us "We will deal with this issue, we can't answer you now" 🫤🫤
About the disadvantages of massage: the specialists did not ask if there were any contraindications, diseases and peculiarities in the body and it was very cold in the office, which was why it was not quite comfortable. And so the massage is cool.
As a result, they didn't even really apologize, they said that the problem was not theirs, but the cream.
Disgusting. They can write off money, but they cannot provide or refund money for a failed service!!

Then, when you are already lying down on the table in your underwear, you are suddenly told that you have acne and you - attention, quote! - INFECT ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS. A source: The "master" took courses, and they said so))) I'm not saying that if you are worried about infection, then ask for a certificate of absence of sexually transmitted diseases, lichen and lice, and talk about it in advance, but ACNE IS NOT CONTAGIOUS under any circumstances. No type of acne is transmitted from person to person either through direct contact, or through contact with things, or through saliva, in any way. And the "master", arguing with "courses", carries this ridiculous and offensive nonsense about "infecting all clients" in your face, runs to the administrator and back, the administrator calls the director (who, of course, knows that acne is not contagious, but from a boorish receptionist and an uneducated master of apologies, as well as confessions you won't get any errors). As a result, the procedure was not carried out, they did not apologize to you either for unprofessionalism, or for terrible conditions and terrible service, or for a humiliating and inadequate claim, and you write an application for a refund for not carrying out the procedure. There should be more than just a refund, there should be compensation for moral damage and dismissal of such blatantly illiterate and boorish employees.

I went to massage treatments and haircuts with grooming. There are no problems with massage, except they do not ask if there are any contraindications and if anything hurts - this is a fact. I liked the haircut, but the admin wrote it down as usual without leaving the record log and, accordingly, they are not involved, they say I messed up something and had to pay more, although I had a discount. The terminal was not working, it was good to be warned at least a day in advance. The masters are an hour late for recording and there is also no loyalty to customers

It's worth going, just because of the professional master. Master, the young man Artyom didn't remember his last name, it's just great. The massage and the entire spa procedure were carried out in comfort. The salon itself is so-so, although the administrator is attentive. Yes, the receipt was not issued when paying with a certificate. As a bonus, the client is offered tea and chocolate in a branded label. Herbal tea is super tasty.
I would have gone for other procedures.

- Convenient location - the salon has several branches, you can choose the one that suits you best.
- Friendly and courteous staff: at the meeting, during the procedures, after the procedures, they clarify whether they liked everything, whether they need water, tea, coffee.
- The quality of the massage - I think it all depends on personal preference and health status. I tried several masters, they do everything differently, but in the end, all the sessions relaxed (full body massage) and helped my back.

We took the Eden gold complex for two with a girl. Everything is great, the masters Rovshen and Murad perfectly balanced the strength and "tenderness" of the massage. The spacious Jacuzzi is ideal for two people. A large room where no one bothers and you can safely turn around. Very tasty chocolates with whole nuts for champagne.
The receptionist did her job at 10/10, all the staff are polite and pleasant to communicate with.

Alas, the place was disappointing. We were about 5-7 minutes late. Then there were wet towels (besides, they didn't even say it themselves, but it was very unpleasant to discover these and wind yourself up for another 30 minutes before the employee arrived). They say the dryer does not have time (can I buy more sets!?) There is a lot of dust and cobwebs over the door in the sauna. Personally, my feet burned there, but maybe my peculiarity. There is no washbasin in front of the sauna to wash your face, the approach to the bathroom is ill-conceived, filled with a bathtub, also with "bumps" that you will not notice in the semi-darkness. I was once in Marseille in Uruche. I liked everything there. And here, unfortunately, it's a complete disappointment.

I was on an hour-long relaxation massage with aroma oils, in general, there are no complaints about the work of the master, however, the overall rating is 1/5 for the reason that the salon itself is not at all fresh, I will not say that I was pleased to be there, there is no rug near the massage table, which forces me to put bare feet on the floor, the music is annoying - it would be cool to use a more relevant relaxing one (I recommend the wave of the same name in Yandex music), in addition, the bathroom is also in terrible condition, it may be clean, but I didn't want to touch anything, it all looked like the managers scored on the appearance and condition. I visited it for the first and last time and I will not recommend it to anyone. I didn't like it. Most likely, it was necessary to tell the masseuse about this, but the problem of calves on the face, so that the specialist could notice it himself. But I asked what effect they should have and it was. Very much so. I didn't have to put cream on my desert-dry skin for two more days. Well, the last thing that not many people note, but I always note: the approach to clients. It was a big surprise that at the end I was offered tea or coffee. This is doubly pleasant, because you relax so much during the procedures that you just can't physically leave right away. :) But I paid more attention to branded sugar and chocolate. It is these little things that best demonstrate the level of the institution. In general, I was very pleased.
