Great! Trains began to run rarely. It's a pleasure to wobble for three hours on the train. The minibus helps out a lot. You can go from the station in Baranovichi, or you can go from the desired point along the route. I always drive from the stadium. They never let me down. They always pick you up from the bus stop on time.

The driver arrived a couple of minutes earlier than the time specified in the application, when asked to wait a minute, (because I drove up by taxi literally behind him) indifferently and rudely refused, saying that he was not going to violate traffic rules, then hung up and no longer picked up ignoring all my calls So according to traffic regulations and stops at public transport stops, there were exactly 5 minutes that he could officially wait, but 1 minute turned out to be too long for him. It's rude , it's a shame , it was the last minibus in time , I constantly go to work and back , money spent on a taxi , 1 minute is not 5 and not 10 , it's very insulting because I drive all the time, it's a shame to see a minibus leaving in front of your nose, and the driver ignores calls, the application deactivated the account , well, perhaps temporary difficulties.. I've always used these minibuses, the service used to be better. I went last time, I won't go again. In the summer before, the air conditioners were turned on and the cars were more comfortable. It is not possible to drive in the summer now, the air conditioners are not turned on, it is impossible to stay in the cabin.

They were late for the flight, there was no cash, the nearest ATM did not accept cards, some kind of malfunction...in short, everything was not going in our favor. I have been using this minibus for a long time. There is no service from the word at all. What is the driver's politeness? That he will take the money and go along the route. That's all the comfort. The main task of the carrier is to score the entire minibus of passengers and not go empty. The trunk is small and there are a lot of bags. People are ramming bags and as a result you get your bag out of the bag...... everything is crushed. When an emergency situation is created, there are no cars to replace. They don't give you receipts for payment. In summer, when the heat is in the car, it is impossible to stay. A small hatch does not allow air flow. You're sitting in a bathhouse all the way. I really felt bad a few times. Ow???? Where are the 1000 advantages they write about????

The passenger did not answer, the driver drove past his stop. The passenger called back, and the driver made a circle and came back for him. I was pleasantly surprised by such a service. The rudeness of the driver is simply off the scale. Not only did he poke, but he also switched to insults. I won't go into details, but this definitely shouldn't happen, and even if the passenger made a mistake, you need to remain human and follow the basic norms of communication with the client, especially if in fact nothing terrible happened. It was a terrible experience, I will never use this service again, like all my friends.
