It seems that you enter your name, select the point of boarding and disembarking from the minibus, and enter a wish for boarding in the cabin in the comment. Everything is extremely simple and convenient. As a result, you receive a call from the following template: V. * without greeting * in Baranovichi/Are you going to Minsk at 16 o'clock? K. Hello, yes V. Minibus number 1234* hangs up" I go into the salon, I see that the request for the place indicated in the comment has not been taken into account. I'm asking why. I get an answer -"I don't read comments, sit down where there is a place, don't delay." I suffered, I'm a Belarusian. Upon arrival, it flies past the stop specified in the order. I get the answer - "so why are you silent if your stop is". You create a mood with your staff. Thank you for at least driving the driver with a seat belt fastened behind his back, a phone in his hand and elbows on the steering wheel.

The camera girl is a terrible boor. I called today- I hung on the bell for 5 minutes, after which I heard "yes" in a dissatisfied voice. I asked the operator if there were any available seats on January 2 - her answer is "what do you need?" I am shocked by the service! I say that places are needed, to which she is also rude and says, "should I put you at a time convenient for me?? What do you want??" She has already answered this by shouting. I asked her to be polite three times, only after that she answered my question - that there were only morning flights left. Disgusting, keep an eye on who you hire. Drivers are often even worse.

I've never been scared like in a minibus, the driver is holding the steering wheel with one hand and talking on the phone with the other, and it's at a speed of 120 km/h. I drove several times and all the drivers talk on the phone while driving, in this company. The minibus itself is old, worn, jumps on any hole. It's uncomfortable. I try to take the train to Minsk from Minsk, the minibus is an extreme case.
