The rooms are renovated, the receptionist at the reception is rude and unfriendly, probably because she is young)). The older grannies are very nice and friendly.
I didn't like that the food can only be selected as a set of 4 sets.
There is no draft beer((.
The rooms are large. And there are no Russian channels, the administrator said they were banned in Belarus.

A stylish, cozy, clean and very sincere hotel! Beautiful decoration, comfortable, well-thought-out rooms. Especially impressed were the underfloor heating in the bathroom, the perfectly transparent, clean glass partition in the shower, and modern plumbing.

A hotel in the city center with the opportunity to buy food. The food is very simple and modest, so have a snack. There is a fan in the room. At night there was a wedding nearby until the morning and next to it there was a parking lot where the bus engine was running all night. It was impossible to sleep: it was very stuffy and noisy.

Nice rooms, warm and cozy. But, in 3 days there was 1 menu for all days. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price, but I want to change the menu)) everything was delicious, but....
they asked to extend the stay for 1 day, the guys apparently thought that they needed the same rooms and refused us, but we explained that we needed any 2 rooms for 4.
Also, for some reason, the towels smelled a little, apparently they lay in the washing machine for a very long time… Or are they not dry …
And so, everything is even very cool. I advise you, but there is always something to improve)

I write as it is. The exterior of the hotel looks attractive. The interior of the common areas is the norm reception, the corridors are dark. The room was rented with a double bed - a small one. The dust rolled into balls on the floor. Bathroom - water flows out of the shower area. Towels are worn out, the smell is not pleasant.
Of the advantages, breakfast and dinner are delicious.

The hotel is modern and very stylish.
We stayed in a family room and a double room. The rooms are spacious, well renovated, smart TV, the double room had a balcony, which was very pleasant (you can drink tea and admire the city). The included dinner and breakfast with a varied menu were also very surprising. Attentive staff. Private gated parking is a big plus. I will definitely come back to this place again :)

Probably a very good hotel for a small town. But there is no air conditioning - we were in 30 degree heat, arrived in the evening, windows facing west, the room was hot as a frying pan.
Otherwise, there are no complaints. The staff is friendly, the furniture and all accessories are in very good condition, the dinners and breakfasts are delicious, although we just didn't have enough to feel full (but we are quite voracious, especially a 16-year-old teenager). The location is super - the very center and close to the train stations.

The rooms are quite cozy, but the hot water in the room is a maximum of 45 degrees. The breakfasts are good, there is a choice.
The staff is friendly and welcoming.
If the windows overlook the street, it is not a fact that you will be able to fall asleep before one or two in the morning . Near the park and the local bohemian street with bars.

The hotel is cozy, clean and conveniently organized. The location is great, right in the city center. There is still a fly in the ointment: the bathroom does not lock with a key in the family room. In my opinion, the decision is strange.

We arrived with the whole family, talked with a disgruntled woman at the reception and went home to Minsk. When booking by phone in advance, we were told that the child "needs a birth certificate, although the stamp in the passport is enough." The employee at the reception turned out to disagree with the stamp, hinted to me that I had invented it myself, but they could not say that, and in general she was not very polite - we did not like the communication. I'm not coming to this hotel anymore. Good luck and prosperity!

Breakfast is about nothing, it is better to combine it with dinner, then you can eat. But what struck me most was the boorish mademoiselle who works in the restaurant. And there is also lunch at the restaurant, that is, it does not work, they have lunch))) it seems to be until 16:00. This is the first time I've encountered such an irresponsible attitude! A room with a balcony was booked 2 weeks before the wedding. The balcony was necessary for photo and video shooting of the newlyweds. When booking, the girl told everything in detail , made notes in the program , and booked the right room . The check-in time was indicated at 13.00 (the girl went to meet us, for which special thanks to her). The day before the wedding, I went to check about the parking lot and once again clarified about the reserved room. Another girl was already at the reception. She checked and said, "Yes. It's all right, tomorrow at 13.00 your room has a balcony. We are waiting for you." And here comes tomorrow . I (the bride) arrive with a friend with a dress and other necessary things and the hotel, the time is 13.20 , at this moment the photographer (from Minsk) arrives, we go to the room and... My photographer asks in surprise, "Where's the balcony?!". As a result, I'm wearing makeup, on my nerves (because the time before marriage registration is limited), I run to the reception and ask where my room with a balcony is. To which the lady at the reception looked at the monitor for a long time , and then (apparently she had already looked carefully) and led her to a room with a balcony. At the same time, how incompetent an employee must be to make excuses all the way to the room that it was not her fault and blame her colleague for everything . After a while , the photographer saw another balcony ( more) and opened the door to take a couple of shots . The same lady flew in, saying, "Yes, I can evict you now, you can't come out here!".
For a moment, there is an announcement that there is a fine for this, but not an eviction. Therefore, the hotel administration should first train its employees to correctly settle customers and carefully read what is written! Better yet, upgrade your staff to improve the quality of service and reach a new level.

Everything is fine, but the lack of a locking device on the toilet door in the room was extremely surprising. Well, the dinners included in the price, which do not include any drinks, were also slightly surprised for adults (juice is included for children). Buying a drink to your taste is not a problem and it did not spoil the impression - the dinners are quite good for themselves, they were just unpleasantly surprised at first.

I would safely put five stars, and I would be really surprised at such a hotel for such money. Clean, bright, absolutely not expensive, a good place (there are plenty of cafes, a park, etc. nearby) its own Parking lot, booking by phone for the weekend without problems... Everything would be fine, but... It's a pity that there is no way without "but". The price includes dinner and breakfast, it would seem a great idea to an already reasonable price, but they were cold... Dinner for all three, breakfast only for me, and asking the waiter to solve the problem helped only 1/3.))) That is, the dish was taken away, and a new one was brought back, only one of all the components was warmed up. The second "but" is television...the channels are damn well scattered, you'll find them, especially with a remote control that works every other time.
I'll sum it up: this is a great hotel, in a great location, and in general, just don't be sad about cold food (honestly, it would be better if it just didn't exist), and don't count on a TV before going to bed (the strangest thing is that different rooms have different channels and they are all strange, to put it mildly).
