the worst system ever implemented, no normal queues, you have to wait for hours for the most basic service

I want to share my negative experiences in this hospital. The service is at a terrible level, the doctors do not show proper responsibility. I especially want to mention the doctor for the ear, throat, and nose — he's just terrible. The queues are endless, and staff are often indifferent to patients. Important procedures are delayed, and there is no feeling that someone really cares about your health. I don't recommend this hospital.
