I came for three days, stayed for a month. I thought that I would rent an apartment, but in the end I stopped and did not lose. Vahagn's host introduced him to the local culture, drove him all over Armenia by car, and treated him to local phenomena. A beautiful house with its own garden, in the heat that is exactly what you need. There is a terrace and a large area of common space. Friendly and unobtrusive. Thanks!
