I applied for a trimmer repair, and the price for minor repairs was immediately and adequately announced over the phone.When I was diagnosed , the problem turned out to be more global and, accordingly , the repair price is high .I refused to repair it , they charged 35 rubles for the diagnosis , and its cost was announced after my refusal to repair it .You can't pay with a card, they asked you to transfer it to your phone, despite the fact that the site says DIAGNOSTICS is FREE! I understand that it can't be free, but it's not 35 rubles either! When the average price in Minsk is 15-20 rubles . They would have immediately announced such a cost of diagnosis over the phone , they would not even have gone , they chose only because of their location at home , in other organizations diagnostics are 2 times cheaper .

I will not generalize, but I will write about my specific situation. Perhaps the master repairs well, I did not apply for the repair itself, but applied for a spare part, but only spent fuel and time. I came to buy an eyelash for the protective casing of the trimmer, they said on the phone that there are different ones, come and pick them up. Naturally, I had been looking at the market before and was already aware of the prices for casings and cilia with a knife. So I arrived at the address, they immediately found out that I was the one who called, as a result, what I need does not fit and is not available. Okay with the availability of what I need ..., the prices for the casing and cilia are called twice or even 2.5 times higher than the market. The master tells me (hangs noodles) that I can't use a 2.7mm diameter fishing line in my trimmer, they say, because of this, the cilia break. And the hell with them that they break... this is a consumable and it broke because I sharpened the knife at the wrong time! In general, as usual, just to sell or not to be made a fool of. Be vigilant with tips in the SC and workshops.
