Very poor service, the manager is a boor. On January 12, I called a washing machine repairman after arriving and looking at the car, I refused to repair it. I called and asked another master, agreed that I would bring the washing machine to them, after a week of silence I dialed and asked how what? The master replied that the lock was broken, diagnosis is not possible without it, it is rare, it is difficult to find, I waited another week and called again, he replied that it was not the lock, everything was fine there, only he checked everything and could not find the fault there is an option to take 40₽ to Minsk for diagnosis if the washing machine is kaput and 100₽ if it works, he said I'LL CALL you myself on Thursday. And silence, on Saturday I just went to pick up the washing machine because I saw no point in waiting and calling anymore. Mr. Yuri Konstantinovich came out there and explained in his usual manner that the washing machine had not gone anywhere and they did not have time, after which Master Dima came out and helped load the washing machine, apologized all the time for everything and everyone. As a result, it is a pity for the time and nerves spent, another service discovered a mechanical failure of the lock, which they tried to hide with a plastic screed (apparently, Master Dima also apologized for this). After spending some time, I found another service where the car was made in a couple of hours, I attach a photo. If the review will be useful to someone, I will be glad!

Thanks a lot! The refrigerator was repaired very quickly. It took an hour from calling the master to fixing the problem. I was glad that there is a guarantee for the part. In general, I am completely delighted and, of course, I recommend it!

The dishwasher was loaded into one door (the guys loaded it themselves), while I reached the other door to place an order, the guys had already opened my dishwasher and found out which spare part was broken.
