For all the time, this is only my 2 negative reviews on the Yandex platform (I always treat everything with a positive attitude).The question was just to wash my hair and dry it (a banal request in salons / hairdressers, I work in this field myself and I know what I'm talking about). The first thing that confused me was waffle towels (in the 21st century, all salons, even budget hairdressers use disposable towels) and an incomprehensible reaction to the reaction when they announced to me the price of almost 30p, although I said that I did not need foam styling and so on.(the question was not about the price at all, I just didn't need such a styling, ordinary washing and drying was suitable). But what confused me the most was that the master (if I remember well, her name is "Oksana"), when washing my hair, instead of using light massage movements to lather shampoo, just took and combed my scalp so that it still hurts! I don't know if it was done on purpose, not on purpose, but I won't say that it was expressed, but in my opinion, I have never met a boorish attitude towards a client! The city center, I understand that this is quite possibly a budget hairdresser, but a banal request for washing your hair and a normal attitude towards the client should be present in any case..
