I turned to the atelier to reduce the elastic band in a sports dress, as it turned out to the head of the atelier, Natalia, if I'm not mistaken. It had to be done the next day, we agreed to a 30% surcharge. She said that it could be ironed and secured by stitching a line, while the appearance of the gum would not change. The next day, I was just shocked, the elastic band turned out to have an uneven edge, as if it was stretched visually, the same wide, the stitch broke at the first fitting. I cried because I realized that the dress I had dreamed of for a long time was ruined. But Svetlana, who gave me the dress, offered to redo it and fix everything, tried to calm me down. I agreed, because the thing looked ruined and I was completely confused. When asked about the cost, she said she would do it for free, but I thought it was wrong and left 20 rubles. After that, they called me and said that the aforementioned head (they sent her photos of the work), who had ruined the original thing and let me down in such a way that it was impossible to imagine, said to pay another 20 rubles. No problem, the job costs money, I agreed. But pay attention to the service and the attitude towards customers already at this stage. And in the end, after seeing how they completely ruined my dream dress (the elastic band is torn, sewn terribly, the dress became small, cut off too much), I decided to write the first negative review in my life. You can't do that. As a result, the cost of my mistake is 775 rubles! Take care of yourself and your belongings, avoid this atelier.

I sewed trousers here and was pleased with the result, because the thing retained its original style and added to its attractiveness. The prices are clear and pleasant (I gave 15byn for the hem of the trousers)

I was assured that they would do what was necessary and asked to come back in two days. I had to believe it and I was not disappointed))) Thanks a lot, because I thought I'd have to throw away my favorite thing.
