The horror!I applied for a replacement of the slider in the bag lock.When I came to pick up the bag, I was speechless!When I was putting it into repair, I did not think that a female master would have the idea to put a slider as unlike as possible and generally a DIFFERENT COLOR instead of the one most similar to mine, and this despite the fact that there is 1 more lock on the bag, the same!Madame did not even understand the reason for Mongo's outrage, let alone a refund or at least an apology. I took it to the repair opposite the Eastpal market, so it turned out to be the same as it originally stood.
