I gave sandals for repair (the leather on the insoles was worn in some places). They offered to make new insoles and after inspection they said that it would be nice to "strengthen" them, supposedly it would be completely unnoticeable. I agreed. It was not possible to pick up the sandals on the date and time set by the master - the workshop was closed. The next day they were still able to be picked up, but the result of the repair shocked me: not only did the sandals "strengthen" very noticeably and carelessly, but now they cannot be worn due to a strong decrease in volume (moreover, uneven). The cost of these services was 75 rubles.
