Recently, I had to contact the RCM workshop to replace two doors on my car after a small accident. To be honest, I didn't really hope to find good craftsmen, given my previous experience — it's always difficult to trust your car to someone, especially when it comes to body repairs. But RCM was pleasantly surprised from the very beginning.
The first thing that pleased me was the attitude. The guys explained in detail what they would do and how they would do it, named the exact dates and approximate cost. This immediately inspired confidence, because in other workshops it often happens the other way around — the price "suddenly" increases, then the time is stretched. Everything was clear here, no surprises.
But the most important thing is the quality of the work. My car has a complex color, and I was worried that the new doors would be different from the rest of the body. Moreover, with previous experience in another workshop, the color still looked "non-native". But RCM took this issue very seriously. When I picked up the car, I was really amazed — the color was chosen so accurately that it was almost not noticeable at all that something was changed.
In addition, I would like to note the build quality. The new doors fit perfectly — all the gaps are smooth, the doors close softly, as they should be. This is also important, because often minor flaws are left in the workshops, and then the door may not close properly or the gaps are noticeable. There is no such thing here — everything is done carefully, conscientiously.
I would like to note separately that I was constantly kept informed during the repair process. There was no such thing that he gave away the car — and disappeared for a week without information. I had a personal manager, and a working group was created in Telegram, where there was a director, a sales manager, a spare parts manager, a production master and a colorist. I was constantly informed at what stage the work was, what had already been done, I just had to wait for the result without worry.
And what is also nice is the adequate cost. When the quality of work is at this level, prices are often raised, but everything is quite reasonable here. Considering that they did really well, I was very pleased.
Now I know if I need body repairs or any other work, I will only contact RCM. These guys really understand their business and know how to do it efficiently. If you are looking for a place where you will not only have your car repaired, but will also be approached with attention to every nuance, I boldly recommend this workshop. First.we meet by clothes.the acquaintance was positive.at the start of the conversations, it became clear that people understand something about these matters.I 've been choosing a company for a long time ..I've been watching and talking for about a year and decided on this one.the color of the whole car is a costly matter.I would not want it to peel off for a year, so a 3-year warranty is a serious approach.
Second.the process passed without incident.without welding .whining and other crap related to divorce for money, which was sooo pleased.clarity of action.stages.approvals.everything is fine.I didn't feel any tension.well done.
