Recently, I had to contact the RCM workshop to replace two doors on my car after a small accident. To be honest, I didn't really hope to find good craftsmen, given my previous experience — it's always difficult to trust your car to someone, especially when it comes to body repairs. But RCM was pleasantly surprised from the very beginning.
The first thing that pleased me was the attitude. The guys explained in detail what they would do and how they would do it, named the exact dates and approximate cost. This immediately inspired confidence, because in other workshops it often happens the other way around — the price "suddenly" increases, then the time is stretched. Everything was clear here, no surprises.
But the most important thing is the quality of the work. My car has a complex color, and I was worried that the new doors would be different from the rest of the body. Moreover, with previous experience in another workshop, the color still looked "non-native". But RCM took this issue very seriously. When I picked up the car, I was really amazed — the color was chosen so accurately that it was almost not noticeable at all that something was changed.
In addition, I would like to note the build quality. The new doors fit perfectly — all the gaps are smooth, the doors close softly, as they should be. This is also important, because often minor flaws are left in the workshops, and then the door may not close properly or the gaps are noticeable. There is no such thing here — everything is done carefully, conscientiously.
I would like to note separately that I was constantly kept informed during the repair process. There was no such thing that he gave away the car — and disappeared for a week without information. I had a personal manager, and a working group was created in Telegram, where there was a director, a sales manager, a spare parts manager, a production master and a colorist. I was constantly informed at what stage the work was, what had already been done, I just had to wait for the result without worry.
And what is also nice is the adequate cost. When the quality of work is at this level, prices are often raised, but everything is quite reasonable here. Considering that they did really well, I was very pleased.
Now I know if I need body repairs or any other work, I will only contact RCM. These guys really understand their business and know how to do it efficiently. If you are looking for a place where you will not only have your car repaired, but will also be approached with attention to every nuance, I boldly recommend this workshop. First.we meet by clothes.the acquaintance was positive.at the start of the conversations, it became clear that people understand something about these matters.I 've been choosing a company for a long time ..I've been watching and talking for about a year and decided on this one.the color of the whole car is a costly matter.I would not want it to peel off for a year, so a 3-year warranty is a serious approach.
Second.the process passed without incident.without welding .whining and other crap related to divorce for money, which was sooo pleased.clarity of action.stages.approvals.everything is fine.I didn't feel any tension.well done.
The third.car acceptance.the quality of the paintwork is very good.five garbage cans for the whole body is nothing.I liked.but of course it cannot do without nuances.Don't be under any illusions.the nuances of the passage were all eliminated.without much grinding of teeth)) people work, not robots, it must be understood.in general, I liked everything.Would you recommend it to someone?! We discussed everything with the manager. We agreed to meet for an inspection. We examined it and agreed on repairs. At the appointed time, I drove the car and left it. I was a little worried that the repair would be delayed. But the guys did everything quickly. We were constantly kept up to date with the work.
He took the car. There were some minor flaws, but everything was fixed.

These are people who do not understand anything from the word at all in body repair. I painted their BMW completely.
When painting, they broke the plastic front wing for me, put the telematics antenna cover on double-sided tape, as a result, the telematics was flooded with water, had to be changed (the money was returned). They could not polish the car. The hologram was constantly beating. As a result, a year and a half passed, the roof began to bubble from rust, the paint stupidly flew off the hood. I drove up to different painters, they all say the same thing, not high-quality materials. Conclusion: there are no professional employees working there. My advice is not to look even in the direction of this service station. If anyone has doubts, come to me in Minsk, I will show you how they paint.

I painted the car in a circle at these "masters". Due to the fact that they were too lazy to remove the moldings from the doors on all 4 doors, the varnish climbed along the edge of the doors after 6 months (the varnish did not survive the winter). And they haven't taken off the mirrors and there is no varnish on the door under them at all. If you want to catch jokes with the quality of the work, then you definitely need them)

This sometimes happens when the owner entrusts the business to incompetent employees for a while. I was lucky that by the time the work started, the owner Egor returned and began to steer the situation and the delay in starting the work was 2 weeks. Visually, the work done suits me, only time will tell the quality. Master Alexander was in touch during the repair process, answered all questions, coordinated on ongoing work. I am glad that I could come at any time, go in without any problems, see what stage the car was at, no one forbade.

I gave the guys a Mini Cooper to paint. The price turned out to be much higher than they said. About 6 thousand rubles white. But I was reassured by the fact that the warranty is 3 years. 1.5 years have passed since the peeling of the paint from the soil on the rear bumper. The extended warranty for 3 years does not apply for some reason. They don't want to fix the problem. And all the warranty conditions are met. I will file a lawsuit!

Плюсов нет. Огромная текучка кадров. 80% приезжают на рекламацию. Постоянные махинации с страховкой. В акте стоит замена, по факту делают ремонт. А старую деталь говорят выкинули. Если на сервисе стоят несколько похожих авто, вероятно что одну из них разберут для ремонта второй. Положительные отзывы пишут им за деньги. Детали с машин могут продать, машину поставить в отстойник

From the very beginning of cooperation, I received false information from the service staff. Lying is their thing. They promise to take care of the car, but in fact, you come and the car is in the same place untouched. The car was given away several times with obvious jambs (it came to unpainted elements). They refuse to fulfill their warranty obligations. 3 years warranty is nonsense, they don't even want to look at it, they don't want to explain it either. And such a need appeared almost immediately.
In a few months, at least 5 people left there with me.
The head has recruited a bunch of unnecessary people whom you will feed. I still don't understand what they were doing there. It would be better if their money was given to a painter / body builder, so maybe the quality would be better.
During the repair, a bunch of whole unrepaired elements were broken. One plus is that they have been replaced. But they buy low-quality, broken spare parts on order. No one wants to be responsible for them.

Обещали заводское исполнение, сделали на уровне любителей, но цена была намного выше рынка. Никаких чеков не было, директор утверждает, что качество работ согласно заводскому, приходится через суд забирать свои деньги назад, не советую
