I liked that right on the spot you can cut everything to the right size, although not for free., there is a cafe with relatively liberal prices. Large parking lot. The only downside is that it's a little far from me.

Previously, there was only one "Mainland" in Minsk, on Prytytsky St. Now there is another "brother" in Uruchye, next to the Korona hypermarket. For major or cosmetic repairs, you can assemble a complete set from mixtures and wallpaper, to plumbing and decor. For demanding visitors, the choice may be "simple". It's more for the "economy+" options. But there is a very remarkable department: seedlings, flowers, pots and what just makes an apartment or house green and with a soul. There is a large selection of this, gardeners will be able to find many wonderful plants for planting. Definitely, I recommend it!

Positive:
1. Location near the metro.
2. The assortment is not worse than that of competitors and periodically discounts on some products.
3. The system of return or warranty exchange is perfectly organized. It was that the bulbs did not fit, replacement of bulbs under warranty, replacement of porcelain stoneware due to minor defects on the front side - there were never any problems. For example, in the OMA, it takes half an hour to fill out paperwork to exchange a light bulb under warranty. Here they will simply take a new one out of the hall and stamp the receipt with the replacement date (the warranty period will be counted again from the date of replacement).
Minuses:
1. The site is just sad. On the OMA or Mile website, you can find a product, see its availability in a particular store, order delivery to the desired store, or make a purchase and deliver it home. Unfortunately, it doesn't work out that easily on the Mainland's website.

I love this store, for many years I went there just to see the flowers - there is the best gallery and a huge selection of very rare plants. I come there just to walk around and enjoy the moment, now there is a New Year's couple and a lot of decorations - the Christmas tree is decorated and you can immediately buy the same decorations - and they are all laid out in color schemes, which helps a lot in choosing and reduces the time to search. There are many household items in the bathroom and in the kitchen, bolts, mats, in short, if I need anything at all around the house, I only go there, because of all the shops in this direction - this one is the best for me - I always find everything I need at the moment there.

And I take rastyukhs there, and they will tell me with building materials, and the curtains will be sewn perfectly for the optimal price - no need to waste time searching for ateliers and fabrics; and they will immediately tell about the plugs in the electric meter, and they will look at the last vegetable tray on the lift under the dome, and even call back if the necessary goods suddenly appear on the Mainland. Oh, and the coffee in the cafeteria is delicious there :))), all the girls are friendly and glad to see you. If prices are higher for something than in other building markets, then just a little bit, but this is nothing compared to the possibility of choice.

Once again, I was convinced that the Mainland is much less customer-oriented than other large construction stores.
We will talk about the method of purchase where you want to select / order the product without leaving home. This method is mainly required when you buy goods of considerable size or weight, high-value goods, and you already know exactly what you need. The buyer, of course, tries to find and buy everything in one place, guided by price, availability, ease of purchase, quality / delivery time. In short, having already had enough, having watched enough, a very large part of customers resort specifically to ordering via the Internet.
The assortment in the store is the widest, you can find everything you need, which you can not say about the mediocre site, which in my memory is at least the third (and all about nothing). The structure is disgusting, it's hard to find and choose anything, even with my many years of experience in construction. Well, OK, I knew the models of all the positions I needed, looked at the availability and was very surprised when it turned out that the order on the site was unavailable. Upon a call to support, I found out that you can order only upon arrival at the store.
It's awkward, but okay. I'm going to the nearest Mainland (Kamennaya Gorka), and again I'm disappointed, it turns out that two of my three positions are not on Kamennaya, you need to go to Borisovsky tract and order there. That is, if it turned out that the remaining 1 position is only on Kamennaya, I would have to order 2 different deliveries from two Mainland stores. Honestly...? Shame on management.
OK again, I'm going to Borisovsky, thank luck everything is available. By the way, the consultants in the department (bathroom plumbing) are attentive, at the same time discussed other models, pros and cons, stopped at the same thing, they rolled out all the positions from the warehouse, offered to check. Everything is great here, although I see the point of checking only upon delivery of the goods. The last "cherry" on the cake is payment at the product information center and delivery registration. Goods for more than 1800, the address is 3 km from the store, the delivery is paid - something about 27 rubles, not much, BUT!! after all the maneuvers, the wild inconvenience in the service, it's like a piss rag in the face. This is not money for me, as, indeed, for most of the store's customers, but I cannot name a single large store or online store in which, when buying for a similar amount, you will be offered paid delivery.
As a result: I spent several hours buying the goods I needed, instead of doing it in a couple of clicks, I repeat - I knew exactly what positions I needed, models, articles, etc. Buy with pleasure – it's not about the Mainland. Actually, the mission of the organization does not say anything about this
P.S. There are no questions to the store staff that the consultants, that the girls at the infocenter are well done, even at the end of the day they are friendly and attentive, the review is aimed at the company's management.
