Absolutely "framework" attitude towards customers. It is easier to refuse an order of 1,500 than to deliver it for free to the opposite side of the road (15 meters), since it is outside the city. We no longer make large purchases there.

for Grodno, this is just a nugget. the price tag is not the lowest, but there you will definitely buy what you came for, you just need to feel free and ask questions. the guys in the trading floor even seem to know their business, they will tell you where everything is, they will orient you according to what you need. I always bought there what I came for. if I have a list of 5 small items like "toilet drain system, light bulbs, screwdriver, gloves, garbage bags" for 15 minutes, taking into account the cash register. there is a huge parking lot and nearby you can walk to the crown.

The store is huge, the assortment is also good. BUT, there is one huge DISADVANTAGE - in a HUGE shopping center THERE is NOT A SINGLE BENCH on which you can sit down and relax!!!! I came to the store to spend a LOT of TIME and choose a LOT of GOODS for repair (plumbing, wallpaper, paints, various accessories, interior items, etc.). I decided that it was very convenient to buy everything in one place. As a result, after 2.5 hours I was very tired, I decided to sit down and take a breath. And there's nowhere to sit down! IN GENERAL!!! No bench, no ottoman... Nothing... In the tiny cafeteria, all the few seats were occupied. There are no benches near the store either!!! But what about, for example, working with a designer who will make the layout of the selected tile in the bathroom, stand over us for 2 hours, or what? As a result, without really choosing anything, without leaving a single penny in the store, I left, angry to the limit. Store management, you are losing potential customers!!!
