We held a photo shoot twice , in November and December 2020
Everything is very neat.
The staff is polite and considerate.
The only thing that delayed the process was the sharpening of the previous guys who held the photo shoot, delayed the room.

Wow, everything was a little strange yesterday - the room was not ready for shooting, the backgrounds were "dirty", they barely found a dark background without spots - which took about 15 minutes. And it was very stuffy. But the daylight is excellent.
