Everything is fine in this place - the interior and dishes are gorgeous, the service is not bad, the bar! But the kitchen is terribly simple. We were two years ago, everything was delicious, and now it's bullying. Grilled vegetables are over-salted to such an extent that it is not possible to eat them. The chicken fillet is also over-dried! Salads are not properly seasoned. Urgently replace the cook, urgently!
But, all the products are fresh! There are no questions about this.
Music is also playing very loudly at the beginning of the evening. When people are not dancing, you can make it quieter so that visitors can communicate.
Also, the working time is indicated up to 3. Why is the music stopped at 2.30 it is not clear?

It's a great place. You can go bowling, sit at the bar, and dance. The only negative is that almost every time I've been there, the computer freezes in the bowling alley. Something goes wrong, the manager comes in and everything gets better. But still. I lost the item there, came back a few days later, everything was returned without any problems.

Visited on 30.03.2024, around 22:20. The place is new, beautiful, the only bowling alley in the city, the advantages are over. Customer treatment, disdainful, arrogant, couldn't be worse.
We attended a bowling alley together. Of the 6 tracks, 5 were working. We took the last track for 1 hour, during this time the track broke twice. But this is half the trouble, equipment tends to break down. But the attitude of the administrator… Maybe he thought we were drunk.… The administrator should have come up, apologized for the hardware problems, reported the waiting time for a solution to the problem, and that's it. Which he didn't do at all, but he definitely didn't forget to be rude. The impressions of the visit are extremely negative.

I do not know who writes such negative reviews here. Yesterday, 06/14/2024, we had a corporate party at this club. This is the best corporate event of all time. Great food. Large portions. Excellent bowling area. Everyone is polite and friendly. Everyone liked it very much. There is a lot of space for dancing. I will be happy to come here again

The service is terrible.
The attitude and communication of the staff leaves much to be desired.
Food is a separate topic. If 450g is indicated in the menu, then it will be good if they bring 150g. Don't be surprised if the food is sour. We understood that this is absolutely normal in this institution.
