The mausoleum is located on the territory of the cemetery! Keep in mind if you plan a visit. I had a desire to see, I was traveling with colleagues on 05/9/2022, returning from a trip to the mountains back to Shymkent. But many of them were in shorts, they were too shy to enter the cemetery in this form. And as it seemed to us, the mausoleum itself is being repaired at the moment
