I have been visiting this hotel since 2013 and last time this year. From the negative side: yes, the level of service and the variety of restaurants have become easier. But, this is a widespread trend throughout Turkey from Premium to 3-shek. The level and quality of alcoholic beverages is the highest in Mahx. They pour without problems, and that's the main thing. A very convenient and diverse water park. Yes, you can add something in 12 years, but it still looks cheerful and, most importantly, there are no queues for the slides. It's not convenient that it's on the opposite side of the sea and the logistics are lengthy, but you can get there by electric car or walk. Special thanks to the management. Any issues are resolved promptly. This year we created an app, you download it to your gadget and the assistant is always in touch. I've been hearing from many people in recent years, while staying at the hotel, that Mahx is no longer the same, but ... next year, it's still there. There is nothing better!

We had a room with access to the pool in a separate building from the main building. 1. My 2.5-year-old daughter got a deep splinter in the wooden deck by the pool - as a result of the operation in the hospital. There are no details here, as it was complete darkness. 2. Stairs between buildings with a wheelchair with no chance of passage. 3. The rooms are tired, starting from the dirt-filled floor, ending with non-working dispensers in the shower. They're trying their best, but it's over. The hotel already needs restoration, and it's frankly already tired.

A very nice hotel with a high level of service. Three free ala-maps, 3 paid ones. Swedish and 24/7. Fruits, fish, meat in abundance. The hotel requires renovation, but everything is intact, everything works, and the kitchen and service justify all the rough edges. I recommend.
