Cashiers work fast enough, more often the queue is delayed by elderly people. Well, let's all be old people. The store is in a low price category, so you shouldn't expect much. This lighthouse is located close to the Crown, which we often visit, it is convenient to buy the main thing in the Lighthouse and buy the rest in the Crown, there is still more choice. Parking is inconvenient, but there is always a place so come on in!

Who writes about huge queues and a single cashier working during rush hours - guys, there is a shortage of staff in the Lighthouse, as everywhere else, and if one cashier really can't cope, then they connect someone from the staff on the trading floor, I have personally observed this more than once, since I live nearby and regularly go here. The store is good, the assortment is quite diverse, the delay was caught only once, but this happens in other networks. And so for a generally small store, everything you need is available. For those who are not enough, there is a Crown across the street, but the prices there are slightly different.

If you come to the MAYAK store, ul., Timiryazev 9/11, at 21 o'clock, then only one cash register will work for the whole store and, as usual, 10-15 people in line, requests to open a second cash register are refused, they say these are the rules and that's it, and the fact that people stand idle for half an hour, no one it worries, but there is a kindly sign at the checkout about a technical break, which misleads the buyer, since it is not - the cash register is simply closed, from the word at all. A promising phrase is written on the sign - thank you for helping to become better, leave your feedback and the phone number in Viber is indicated - I decided to leave a review about a lonely cash register and a crowd of people, some potential buyers entering the hall, seeing a wild queue, abruptly turned around, left…The Viber hotline turns out to sneeze at our reviews - it simply ignores, no response, no greetings, not even a banal unsubscription.
