I agree, the service is terrible... When cleaning the car interior, they forgot about the ceiling altogether, or they SCORED. When asked why the ceiling was not cleaned, the answer was that it was not possible to wash it. At the same time, after leaving the territory of this institution and contacting another service, everything was washed perfectly and without difficulty. And yes, the dry cleaning of the salon itself is done mediocre, not of high quality. Don't set foot here anymore, and I don't advise others. The service sucks. I fell for the reviews, they probably write them themselves.

I ordered a complex for 25 rubles., which, according to the price list on the company's website, includes a three-phase body wash, blackening of rubber and carpet cleaning. We made only the blackening of the rubber without any comments. Washing: after drying, a large dirty spot remained on the roof, which was easily erased even with a finger. What kind of three-phase car wash was it about? The cleaner wiped this stain with microfiber only after making a remark. The mats in the cabin were not touched at all. And the cherry on the cake is that even such a low-quality sink with an incomplete set of related works took them more than an hour, although they promised to do it in an hour.

The only thing I liked was the administration's attitude to the issues that arose and their settlement, for which I praise. Client orientation. They made an additional discount, although I did not insist. In general, positive emotions remained.

I did dry cleaning of the Audi A6 interior, the car is only from the USA. There was a lot of work, but Alexander (worked on the car) coped with it perfectly, for which I thank him very much! The tinting was removed in the car, the support torms were also cleaned, primed and painted. The floor of the car was washed with removal, the speedometer and interior insert decor were also polished with removal. Everything is done with high quality and professional car chemicals. The whole process was accompanied by photos and videos (I left the car for a week). The areas under the handles and thresholds were polished and covered with film. In this studio, you can do a qualitatively large amount of work to improve the appearance of the car and interior, which is very convenient - all at once in one place. The masters are all polite and professionals in their field, advised, and most importantly did the best! They also had a couple of seat elements redesigned - great job! It is felt that the guys love cars, value their customers and reputation. I definitely recommend them! I plan to return to polishing and ceramics of the body.

They explain this by the fact that they are afraid to burn through the varnish, which indicates the level of "professionalism" of the masters. Neither the color depth, nor the elimination of 95% of scratches, as stated on the website, you will not see any of this.
It is difficult to imagine a more terrible service for ~ 900 rubles. I regretted the time spent (2 days) and money.

I brought them a car for maximum polishing of the body and headlights, dry cleaning of the interior, pasting the headlights with film and coating the body with liquid glass completely. I discussed the details with them for an hour and a half, because I am very demanding of the result and wanted to know all the nuances. Everything was shown, told, explained, assured that everything would be OK. After picking up the car, I found a bunch of unwashed spots around the cabin, they didn't even look into the glove compartment in the armrest, the spots on the ceiling handle remained, the screens were stained, circles from the radar detector remained on the windshield, what the hell was the polishing there, a scattering of small scratches remained and was filled with liquid glass from above, the whitishness of the taillights remained according to the contour, the battery was removed, after which the car generated a bunch of errors due to a power circuit break, I cleaned them myself all evening, fortunately I have a shoelace, litter stains on the body remained. I showed all this to their director - the answer is that everything is OK. Polishing is approx. Dry cleaning approx. everything is OK. Half an hour of arguing and I felt like a complete idiot talking to him. I show him the spots, but he doesn't blow his nose and says, "Well, normal." In the end, he added, "You know, if you had paid more, this would not have happened." Nonsense. It's just nonsense. He didn't care about the removed battery and the errors that appeared, they say everything is fine too. And polishing with the remaining scratches is not enough varnish for you! And he never tired of telling me that the main rule of detaling is not to harm. Heh. I talked to other knowledgeable people, everyone said that these scratches should not be. I'll go to their car wash control, like quality control. I'll show them the whitish headlights, I wonder what other bike they'll come up with. At the end, the director added, "Well, come again, now we will know what you want." Thank you. No.
