It's unfortunate to hear that the girl in registration was rude and unhelpful in explaining where the therapists' room was. Patient care should include being treated with respect and kindness. It's important for staff to understand how to effectively communicate with patients and their families. I suggest reporting this behavior to someone in charge to address the issue.

Doctors in the hospital do not work according to their profile and cannot explain the patient's condition and do not show tests, and even more so they can not give appointments. Regional young doctors. Although I am half Uzbek and speak Uzbek. They do not know their duties and work. You ask a question about my condition and they freak out and swear. I wrote statements to the doctor, she covers them up, of course, and makes amends. Does an intensive care specialist and an anesthesiologist work as a doctor in the hospital from morning to evening?! How's that? I don't recommend it to anyone. Phew. Shame. 👎🏻

Terrible patient care (ultrasound room) We sit for an hour waiting for their stormy discussion to end in the entire corridor, where doctors chat, drink tea, and carry food back and forth. The time is 4 p.m., not lunch. I complained to the administration, completely ignored. After calling the clinic again, the girl left the office and said that the device was not working, wait 5 minutes. But before that, they just said that it was busy, the client. And there the doctors just chat. If you value your time and nerves, do not take an ultrasound here.

My father was dragged out of the grave there. Thanks to the Doctors and the clinic. It's not cheap, but we agree with these prices. The money spent on treatment in this clinic has fully justified itself. Before that, they spent a week in the intensive care unit of EsguNiyat, it's much more expensive there, and they almost killed my father. So I will not recommend intensive care in EsguNiyat to anyone.

Never do a gastroscopy and colonoscopy in an MDS service. They do it for 6 hours, they can't properly advise what to bring with them, although they asked in detail, everything is disorganized, the nurse who gives an injection to relax the abdominal muscles is walking somewhere, they waited 35 minutes, they don't take a biopsy for analysis, they don't leave at least an hour after the procedure to observe the patient who was under under anesthesia, they try to get rid of it faster. I signed up for an MRI scan half a day in advance.
I arrived at the specified time, I was informed that the queue had moved and I had to wait another 1-1.5 hours. The reception desk argued and swore at the customers about the queue. They do not notify you by phone about a possible delay or movement of schedules. The receptionist does not know how to work with clients, is constantly distracted and does not listen.
I don't know how it was before, but I definitely won't come here anymore and I don't recommend it to others

I use ambulance services. I had acute respiratory viral infections, then a complication on the bronchi. IVS are very helpful. It's a cool kind of help. I am from Moscow. I haven't seen anything like this in our country. Droppers are primarily used here. They quickly put you on your feet. Various doctors came, all literate and polite. Great!

The clinic has been around for a long time. And it's time for the management not to put money in their pocket, but to make repairs. The winter was abnormally cold this year, in the dubak building. The girls at the reception are freezing poor. It's cold in the ultrasound room on the first floor. There was a heater, but it didn't save much. There is a breeze blowing from the door of the ultrasound room.
The ceiling plates are leaking and, accordingly, everything is in the compartments.
In general, the greed of the leadership is immediately noticeable. They put money in their pocket, but the toad strangles them for repairs.
Employees are also not happy with the management, or rather with greed.
And they quit.
It's a pity, there was a great clinic in 2008-2009.
