The collectors, attention, had no documents on hand, neither the contract nor the act of acceptance and transfer, while half the cost of the goods was paid in cash when transferring with a receipt for receipt of funds. After talking with my husband, moving the sofa back and forth, we definitely realized that we need the left corner, which we ordered. After 2 weeks we arrived again , we looked around everything seems to be OK. After delivery and assembly, the sofa stank of glue for another month very much. Then we noticed that the corners on the sofa were pulled back, I attach a photo. We thought that they would deal with time, but no. They contacted the store, forwarded the application to the manufacturer, and two weeks later they called, two more weeks later they took it back to Gomel for elimination, and two more weeks later they returned it.
