Very poor service. There are a lot of returns and defects, which is why you can't get through to the reception. The service center works with equipment from the Mesozoic era or even earlier. God only knows! Since you've been waiting for an answer from them for months. I do not recommend this store, which supposedly provides high-quality service and products.

The range of products is large, we really liked it, but the fact that they do not beautifully fool people is not good, I will explain now. We chose a phone at a very reasonable price and excellent according to the indications and went to buy another in another store, finished there and decided to go back and buy this mobile phone, the consultant comes up to tell us that there is no play market there and is not supported. We left, went out, asked people who have this phone, they rejected this info. Then we came back, we stood on what exactly we were going to buy, then our consultant went to his laptop and said that it had gone up in price and the stock was over and that it was from the window and all that, so we came home without buying a phone. My daughter was very upset and so were we.
