I ordered a column through an online service. They called and said that she would go to the pick-up point for 9 days. It's a bit much, but okay, I'll wait. After 9 days, I call and check if my column has arrived, to which I was told that it turns out it did not arrive due to some problems with the supplier. And apparently, he won't come. But they didn't leave the situation like that and offered me to throw options for other speakers and adjust the price to the one I was going to buy. Actually, they threw 5 speaker options and all of them were a little more expensive than the one I ordered. I chose the option that suited me, and a couple of days later I picked it up at the same price as I was supposed to pick up the first column. Thank you for not leaving me with a problem, you didn't tell me that pupup was drunk, your column is not there, goodbye. And that's how we got out of the situation, excellent customer orientation, thank you very much again!!

I did not damage anything, I installed it in the SSD box in which screwdrivers are not used, the device was most likely damaged when it was packaged by the manufacturer, there are hard sharp edges of the blister on the package (glued from inside the window), which damaged the element when the insert was pushed into place. This was demonstrated to the Master receiver (there was no sane reaction).

At 15:30, I call them back and they make claims to me why I didn't take off the phone, I'm like, because you yourself agreed that you would dial in the evenings and you yourself violated your own agreements, and now for some reason they are trying to emotionally express their dissatisfaction to me... Although they realized that they were wrong, they did not apologize and still were rude and hung up the phone. I'm saying that you're in your right mind to say such a thing and that he won't get any money without checking, and it's not nice to try to sell non-working flash drives to people! As a result, he again began to disdainfully hysteria "okay" and "faster", to which I did not need your okay and I have nowhere to hurry, but I need to check everything from crooks like him! As a result, how much hatred there was in him and how he threw documents, and did not say goodbye naturally! Question: Where do you find such "couriers" and why do they still work for you!???
