But when it came to real time, the swing started. It's already 18:00 on the nose, but no delivery, no call. After several attempts, I finally get through — they apologize, they promise to bring me before 19:00. Okay, I'm waiting.
And here is the most "funny" moment: the order was sent by Yandex Delivery, but with the wrong address! As a result, after quarreling with the courier, who had no idea where to go, the goods went back to the store. I've been trying to get through for an hour and a half, there's silence on Telegram. The service is simply amazing. I won't order anything else from them.

Ordered from the website mediapark.uz . And I made a very big mistake. I concluded for myself that they are absolute liars (I will describe below why).
When ordering a vacuum cleaner on the website, it was indicated that the steam cleaner will be automatically added and delivered along with the vacuum cleaner (there is a screenshot). But only the vacuum cleaner was delivered. Believing them, I threw away the vacuum cleaner box (otherwise I would have returned it immediately). They promised that a steam cleaner would also be delivered. But after talking to about 8 operators, I realized that they were only stalling and trying to cheat. They promise to settle it and call back, but they don't call back. Only today one of the operators admitted that they allegedly had an error on the site and that this action had ended a long time ago and that the goods would not be delivered. I.e., a media park scam. I regret that I ordered it. Very expensive. 4-5 days after the order, the price of this product decreased by 75 bucks. It is better to buy from the bazaar and try to use it first, and if you like it, then only then buy. And online, especially from the media park, which I advise deceivers not to buy.
