We especially recommend pediatric neurologist Mubarakshina and orthopedist Ivsina — their professionalism and approach are very grateful. However, the appointment with ophthalmologist A.V. Staselko left extremely negative impressions. The doctor was not tactful, intimidated by possible serious diagnoses, did not listen to parents and did not answer questions. After consulting with another specialist, it turned out that everything was within the age range, and no treatment was required. We still have serious doubts about both the competence and ethics of Dr. Staselko's behavior.

To which I heard, "What kind of sick leave? You don't lay tiles, you work in an office." I have never seen such a tactful and strange attitude, a doctor prescribes sick leave not for health reasons, but for the severity of work, I doubt that the doctor himself works with such a temperature and infects the team. With one phrase, I got a lot of problems and a complete devaluation of my work. In general... A star for courtesy, a star for adequate treatment without antibiotics. The child spat out the pacifiers and did not let her rinse them in her office. I sent them to wash in the room of the mother and child. Never set foot on her again. All her recommendations and conclusions were rejected by another ophthalmologist.

It turned out to be not enough ... you need to take 2 coupons in a row instead of one, which was not reported in the call center. That's why I wasn't accepted AGAIN. At the reception, the doctor refused to do the procedure and the communication was disgusting (boorish, rude). Also, the doctor and nurse did not understand carefully and forced me to pay for the consultation, although I had a letter of guarantee from the insurance company, and I had to go again, apply for a refund, wait 10 days, then go there again and collect the money in cash. In general, I really regret that I came here.
