What I didn't like and why I lowered my rating was that I arrived on time and waited for half an hour, during which time no one apologized, and the girl chatted with other staff at the reception. After 3 procedures, even the woman who did the procedure was surprised that the hair became tougher and there were more of them. Of course, it's tougher and bigger, because they only said to shave. When contacting another place, I was told that I have light hair and no laser will take it. So the question is - why so brazenly deceive and worsen the situation with your advice with a razor, if not only do you take money for air for something that you cannot fix, but you also aggravated the situation with your advice (( I do not recommend it.

I went to the Regenera Activa procedure on Friday. Psychologically, I liked the behavior of the staff, the specialists constantly asked about their feelings, whether everything was comfortable, encouraged and supported. But later the disadvantages were revealed. Firstly, they did not follow the trickle of blood during the procedure, and as a result, I lay in a puddle with my ear, my hair and scalp were heavily stained, the blood dried and glued my hair so that at home I had to invent a way to wash myself without wetting the patch and scalp, because neither combing nor walking is so what- it just wasn't possible at that time. Secondly, at home in the mirror I saw a completely atypical place for biopsy sampling. Before the procedure, I studied the information about her and talked with a trichologist from Moscow, who regularly performs this procedure. And she explained that the fence should be carried out in the androgen-independent zone, and this is usually somewhere in the back of the head behind the ear in the scalp. For me, the material was taken from the back side at about eye level, which is much higher than it should be, and this zone is not at all the fact that it is not androgen-independent. With such doubts about the correctness of the biopsy site and the high cost of the procedure, there is very little hope that over time there will be at least some worthwhile effect. I don't want to waste a lot of money and painful injections. On the one hand, it is good that we have a completely original Regenera Activa device in Belarus, and we do not have to go to Moscow for this procedure. On the other hand, well-trained specialists should be attached to the device. If an expensive procedure does not find customers with us every day, this does not excuse the lack of training of the staff. I can only hope that I can see positive changes. In the future, I will think about going to Moscow for RA if the specialists here at home do not receive comprehensive training. Even in correspondence, the cost of the procedure was announced at 3100, and as a result, when paying, they already announced 3130. Due to fatigue, I did not find out why the price was more expensive than originally indicated, but it was an unexpected moment

According to the phlebology service, I can say that everything went well. Thanks to Sergey Kozlov! It seemed to me that he was a professional in his field! Both the examination and the subsequent consultation were quick and substantive, leaving no questions about the reason for the treatment and what to do next.

I do not advise contacting an orthopedic dentist Rudak Elena Iosifovna. Yes, she is a pleasant woman , but she flies in the clouds. I came with a black front tooth, and I left with the same blue shade. Those could pick up the color well for simplicity . It is very insulting and a pity, the procedure is expensive and not simple, it takes a lot of time and fittings. The doctor did not admit that the color does not fit, I was told that this is all we can help you with, but in order to be beautiful, you need to make other teeth, at least one more. I really didn 't want 2 blue teeth ... sadly.
