I'll say one thing, wait for the check. I will write official letters to the Chief Physician, Ropotrebnadzor and Roszdravnadzor. You probably didn't realize that you are in the Russian Federation. Fortunately, I am in Moscow and it will not be difficult for me to bring the problems of the LPR as soon as possible.
